They have a stuffed Tiger in the lobby, really!!!! Tigers are endangered and you have one stuffed in the lobby!! Dark and cold when you enter the hotel. $25 early check in fee, why! $28 parking! They will nickel and dime you to death! The mattress is too soft, you can't hardly get out of bed.

A fair price for the location and facility. Nice large room, excellent shower.

We were disappointed that our room didn’t have a simple refrigerator as part of the accommodation, it seems that that item is pretty standard these days. We could never seem to get the room cooled down enough that sleeping was uncomfortably warm both nights and seemed stuffy. The electrical receptacles for plugging in our CPAC machines and Phone Chargers have seen better days as they hardly hold the male plug cord ends when they are plugged in and had to put a support under my Phone Charger just to keep it plugged in.

This is the 3rd Davenport hotel we’ve stayed in and we have enjoyed enjoyed our stays and accommodations especially at the Grand and the Heritage moreover than our most recent at the Towers.

The parking fee of $28 is a little much. I understand that in that area parking is limited but we spent a lot of money at the hotel (room, food and drinks) and it would have been nice to get this waived.

The bathrooms didn't seem clean. The shower still had soap all over the wall.

I would have liked a refrigerator in the room for the amount of money I paid. I would have liked towel bars in the bathroom and a bathroom door that locked. I would've liked a firmer bed. I would like to have been able to check in at 3 o'clock as promised instead of 5:30. Food was mediocre and kitchen service slow.

Excellent location. Very clean. Convenient. Good views. All staff were very courteous, and tried very hard.

Very friendly and helpful staff. There was a nice bar and fireplace. We were in the suite which was very large and clean.

The toilet in my room was very low. Also, I ordered dinner to go from the Safari Room. When I got half way through the meal, I realized my grilled chicken pasta had no chicken. The staff offered to replace it but I was already full. They compensated me for the meal.

I liked the decor in my room, the amenities and the bed was very comfortable.

Pillows are worthless. Little more than air. Room was 64f when we arrived. Took a couple of hours to heat up to 70.

Beautiful hotel, love the safari theme. Beds are very comfortable. Staff were exceptional.

The mattress was a bust. when lying flat on it, the head of the bed was lower than the feet. woke up with a severe back ache. room too warm even with lowering the temperature. The restaurant food was okay.

Room decor was very nice as was the walk in shower. Shampoo/conditioner/shower gel all very nice. The atmosphere at the reception desk and restaurant was very warm and inviting.
