The vibe of the Dalmar is great. Good location for Las Olas ares.

Unfortunately, the room was not clean. The pullout sofa was extremely dusty inside. The surfaces of the room were dusty, including the floor. There were also ants in the room when I arrived. The mirror and shower door (glass) were not spotless there were plenty of spots and did not appear to be wiped clean.

I loved the decor, the bed was comfortable, nice coffee maker (nespresso vertuo). The view was great also. The pink hangers and umbrella were so pretty and feminine which I loved!

Loved the decor and the pool deck. Enjoyed the cafe and the bar as well. The location was within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars too. The gelato samples in the lobby was a nice touch as well.

the hallways and elevators dirty all the time the ground in the bathrooms is full of mildew. the carpet is so nasty . the hotel doesn’t look clean . the pool had leaves flooring . we paid $1000 in total for 2 nights !!!

The hotel is mostly for social and business activities. Eating options are límited and parking is expensive as all other downtown hotels.

Room was nice, It had great view. Staff very friendly and were always checking that you were ok or if you needed something.

Maintenance issues. Sink was clogged. Only numbers 1,2 and 3 worked on the safe. A prior leak at the base of the shower on the bedroom side was moldy. Dust bunnies flew from the base of the closet when I first opened the doors. Closet door handle was loose and rattled. Light over sink was out. The shower amenities, (body wash, shampoo and conditioner) were impossible to use as the pump on each was broken.

Nicely designed room. Adequate space. Very friendly, accommodating staff.

It is unacceptable in an hotel at that price to come back after a long day of work and have your room NOT CLEANED!! I will reconsider staying there wg=hen coming for my regular meetings in FL. There is not even any recognition you have been coming as of now maybe 10 times in the past year... Room for big improvement in customer service here...

I had to switch rooms on night one as my shower didn’t get hot, nor did the shower head fully work. Night two (and thankfully last) had an awful noise that woke me multiple times. It sounded like perhaps creaky pipe work? Extremely loud and random - went on for two minutes or so about five times throughout the night. I have loved this hotel for years, however I am extremely let down and will no longer be choosing to stay here. How disappointing !

I have been to this hotel many times in the past and have always loved everything. The restaurants are great, the service is great. I was eager to book it again, no hesitation.

We were overcharged $50 on the bill and had to spend our time at the front desk. The bathroom was short on supplies - one Kleenex left, not enough towels etc. ordered a generic mixed drink st the bar and the bartender decided to make a $45 Old Fashioned.

The beds were ok. The room was fairly clean.

Most terrible experience in all my years of travelling. Cruel front desk lady who was absolutely terrible. Moved rooms three times due to elevator noise and other issues. I don't even want to write this review thinking about the horror again. Not just normal elevator noise continual banging all night of cables even with earplugs you can still hear it. Awful. Never again.

The room was filthy! The bed comforter had brown stains all over it, there was no fitted sheet there was only a very thin sheet over the mattress which kept coming off as I was trying to sleep. One of the sheets even had a whole in it… The entire room smelled of sewage and the bathroom door kept getting stuck. you also advertise the room as “ocean suite” but you cannot see any kind of ocean view so why am I paying $420 per night… I need some kind of refund because that experience was the worse I’ve ever encountered staying at a Marriott property.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The property is a great location near Las Olas with many restaurants and bars. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the staff was absolutely amazing!
