It is supper easy to move around and find what we were looking for and it was kept very clean.

Balcony was a little small to actually use and enjoy the view. Self parking was to far of a walk. It would have been fine if it were directly across the street.

I was on the 4th floor with a partial ocean view. Room was great. Spacious and clean with great beds.

Was first time to Pismo was a birthday trip my friend found the hotel and it did not disappoint. Definitely on my list to return to. The valet is economical price. Only $25 totally worth it. They even have a porter to take your bags if you wish . Excellent customer service. Try the homemade English muffins if you get breakfast they are delicious and soft.

We didn't get to explore very much as we arrived quite late in the evening but have nothing negative to say about the hotel.

The facilities were great and the food in the restaurant was really good. The room was very comfortable.

I wish to go back best time of my life i have no regrets such a beautiful place and the staff is so great if I could go back once more I definitely would a little pricey but it’s ok it was definitely worth it!!! Mattress was just ok, could hear plumbing from other rooms and road noise. But it's been around for awhile so can't help some of that.

Beautiful location, nice restaurant next door, friendly staff, help with luggage, recently updated room. We loved sitting by the fire pits at sunset and the hot tub. Overall a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Really stylish and welcoming hotel, room was spacious and comfortable with everything you could need. Staff were really welcoming and helpful. Lovely beach just down the cliffs and Pismo was a fab spot to visit just down the road.

Everything from the hotel staff to how clean the hotel was the restaurant Marisol was delicious. From the day we checked in to the day we checked out it was amazing will definitely stay here again

We found items like lipstick and a pill under our bed. The A/C was not working consistently but maintenance brought us fans and we put them by the door and had a sufficient breeze in the room. Also the refrigerator was not working, we told maintenance. We would still go back and give it another try, staff was very friendly and helpful. There was also a restaurant next door, Marisol's and the rib eye steak was worth the price. Very good.

We loved the grounds, the pool and firepits were great. The room was nice and comfortable. The front desk staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Maintenance was also very helpful.... it was unfortunate that we needed them.

Everything was great, except for a slight mishap with our anniversary package. The rose petals were in the room, but we never received the champagne or chocolate strawberries. The staff was very responsive and accommodating though, and corrected the error the next day, free of charge.

We liked our room and the view was amazing. The location also is very close to a lot of nearby restaurants and attrations.

Ugh.. This was a tough one. A. We were on the 3rd floor and there were noisy kids. I wish we could have been on the adults only floor which I believe was 4 and 5. B. Kids were supposed to be out of the pool! Hot tub by 9pm and they weren't... So we didn't take advantage. And C. The walls are kinda thin.. So you will hear things you just don't want to in the room next to you. 🫣

I seriously loved everything about this resort. It was perfect in every way! Every valet attendant, Every desk attendant, Every bartender/Server at Marisol.... Everyone was so nice and helpful! The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The shower had great water pressure and the lotions/shampoos/body washes smelled so good! The view every morning and every evening was perfect. The fire pits,. The walk along the coast.. Seriously THE BEST!!!
