Really cute and quality amenities. Loved having our dogs and a back patio. We had traveled all day from Mexico and just wanted to cook a meal and shower. Definitely plan to come back next year and stay a bit longer. The location is great as it's just off the main street. And quiet.

We LOVED our suite at the Cactai! Structure is exquisitely well designed and maintained, lots of love and care in every detail. We regret only staying one night, the suite had everything for a longer stay. The place is so well designed, it’s a mid century modern paradise. We will definitely stay here again!

The location appeared to be across the street from a methadone center? We were worried about our camper van which was loaded with our camping stuff.

The pool was warm, the pool area was clean and lovely. The room was clean, bed linens excellent quality, the coffee bar was stocked.

The outdoor space was adorable, and we loved both the jacuzzi and pool. The jacuzzi was always available, which was an extra bonus! We felt it was a great value.

The location was not ideal due to fairly heavy traffic nearby as we like to walk a lot.

This was our second stay at The Cactai, and I'm sure it won't be our last! The location is perfect for us. It's just a short walk to downtown shops and restaurants and a quick drive to hiking trails. This property is ideal for couples or solo travelers who are looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and has lots of pillows. I love high-end bathroom amenities - LED mirror, bidet toilet, and great shower. The room is minimal and intentionally decorated creating a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. I would describe this as a turn-key experience (no on-site front desk) that is seamless, and both times we stayed, the property was incredibly peaceful and serene. It's very easy to reach Monty, the Virtual Concierge by text. Both times we stayed we had a quick and attentive response.

The AI concierge and level of communication about service was lacking. There is no reception area to talk with someone for quick service, and when we texted the concierge number, it took an hour to reply. We learned too late we had to put a door sign out to request housekeeping. Was feeling anxious about how to check in, and that information came 30 minutes before 3p - you'll need to wait to receive an email with a gate code to enter.

So cute! The pool is heated and a great way to unwind. Being a small hotel, it was quiet, and we didn't have to compete for the hot tub or lounge chairs. Rooms were well stocked for a short stay, with a great mini bar. Beds were firm with the fluffiest pillows for a great sleep.

The full concrete floor is cold. I wish you guys have little bit more of area rugs .. cold floor if you didn’t bring slippers and that’s about it ..

Very quiet // no need for room key . Don’t have to deal with front desk , everything done through texted. Have patio for my dog to go sniffing around .. Japanese toilet is amazing , full kitchen is a plus . Super cute inside . I’m definitely will be back for relaxation . Rain head shower is amazing, big comfortable bed . Nice drinks selection in the wine refrigerator. Which I use the bottom for my milk . AC and heat control in one unit and super quiet ..
