It is a beautiful place but the hold they have on my debit card for , let’s see, 8 days is ridiculous. You pay double when you check in and then they give you back your money when “Oh idk I still haven’t received it”

Great rooms, pool but do better at maintaining the entire resort clean.

You can see that there has been a decline in the cleanliness, not necessarily in the rooms but the hall ways are gross, I saw the same roach when I stayed for 3 nights in June. The pool chairs need to be replaced, for what we are charged for resort fees.

I like the renovated rooms, the pool time is always a good time.

Breakfast waitress was just okay. Didn’t come check on us very much and ordered two bloody Mary’s that were the worst we had ever drank. Not $13’s worth.

The pool area and the outside bar!

The rooms are a bit outdated with stained lamp shades and a couch straight outta the 70's. There were signs that they were remodeling in the hallways, so hopefully, they mean the rooms too. The room itself was comfortable and clean.

The pool and restaurants were beautiful!

In need of an up grade. I don’t expect to see popcorn ceilings in 2024. Moldy caulking in the bathroom was also a put off.

A little older. Door to our floor didn’t close all the way. There are cameras but I didn’t feel secure bec most staff are working by the front building. Rooms are in a separate building. Also, they charge for resort fee for each day but you won’t have access after checkout. If you’re there for the pool, would recommend to get a resort pass instead of booking for a stay.

Location. Property is central and by the freeway.

It needs updating and we could hear everything through the walls. The pools in the morning needed major cleaning. One of the hot tubs were not working and the pool was full of dirt and dead bugs including many bees and a dead lizard.

Beautiful location and the staff was wonderful.

At this price point, breakfast should have been included. The gift shop needs budget options for swimwear - the cheapest women's swimsuit we could find was over $100. The food in the restaurant was good but not stellar - the butternut squash ravioli tasted like cherry pie filling.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I interacted with new employees and trainers in the restaurant and at reception, and they were all very knowledgable. The room was very comfortable, and the whole resort was clean. The connected pools and multiple hot tubs were exciting.

The hotel is located next to the highway. All regular rooms face the highway, which you can hear through bathe windows and from the higher part of the pool area. There are no showers in the pool area. The hotel is older and could get upgraded.

I liked the pool area and that the hotel is located on a hill which made for nice views

Amazing luxury summer getaway for family

It took a bit to walk from our car to our room due to the unique architecture, but that was a small price to pay. It would be helpful to have info available on how to operate the coffee machine (the coffee pod has its own tray you insert), tv (you have to hold down the power button for a looong time), and the wifi (I didn't even bother), but those are miniscule issues given the luxury and great service.

The property is something special. The architecture and desert surroundings are unique and striking. My kids were overjoyed by the pool, hot tubs, and slide. I loved my little shady spot with a view of the pool. The staff I encountered were helpful, friendly and professional. I was so happy I went during the summer special so I could enjoy this unique experience.

It is very difficult to navigate around the hotel. You can’t stroll into the lobby press your room number and go directly to it. We were on the third floor, took the elevator to the third floor, had to walk across the bridge and then try to navigate our way to our room. Also, when you’re in the lobby, you can only go to two floors. After a couple of drinks, it really gets interesting.

Love the aesthetics of the hotel and the staff! Their staff really shines.

The room seemed to be haunted. Thermostat stuck on 62 & no changing it. Fridge didn’t keep cold. Toilet ran water sounds the whole time. Tv remote didn’t turn on tv… we both tried… 30min later the Tv turned on!!! Don’t close the pocket door in bathroom cuz It locks you in bathroom!!! Needs a renovation for sure! Top of the rock sucks & their dress code! & no misters outside on patio & wear sports bra & tie dye tshirt & baseball cap! Dress code says don’t wear any of this & they did!

    The pool.

The hotel was a major letdown. Our room had a bad odor, filthy carpets, and dusty AC vents that made me sick. The pillows were extremely flat, and I noticed a few stains on the towels. The shower and toilet area was very small—only one person could fit at a time. As a Bonvoy member, I expected better. The property is old and in serious need of renovations, with a sour smell lingering in the hallways. At the restaurant, the view was the only highlight. My sea bass was undercooked, and my husband’s steak came out bleeding after requesting it well done. Although the waiter was kind, our meal felt rushed. The pool bar was dirty and full of flies, while the inside bar had only a couple of decent food options—but the drinks were great. In-room breakfast was good, and the pool itself was okay, though the adult area was full of kids.

They had great view and location was good to move around.
