Older, smell of urine, no elevator

My knees aren't great, so I was surprised that my 3rd floor room didn't have an elevator, only stairs. The furniture, color scheme, and sort of hodge podge layout in the room was a bit depressing.

The hotel was as described in other reviews. Located near the airport. Room was very clean, bed was decent enough, bathroom ok, but room furnishings were very outdated and dark. The type of room that was fine for an overnight stay, but not the type would want to hang on in for a while.

Very outdated. Breakfast was horrible. Jams were old. Pancake batter was out at opening. Apple juice tasted fermented. Breakfast room door was open to outside

Sadly room was on side of main road and window very thin so can hear cars and lorries accelerating up hill all night. Breakfast was poorly stocked.

Room was large and clean. Did the job for the price and a single night, would consider else where if for a longer stay.

They were very quick in responding to my messages. They offer a free pick up and drop off shuttle to and from the airport. Also have service washer/ dryer. For an overnight stay it was pretty comfortable and close to the airport.

This hotel is ancient. It looks like it was formerly an Econo-lodge. They must be updating it very slowly. Very sketchy neighborhood. The bath tub was not clean; not completely certain the sheets were clean.

Perfect location for early AM SEA rental car return. Bigger room than expected. Front desk guy went out of his way to be helpful.

The rooms are good sized, but very dated and dark. Not well maintained inside and out. Overpriced for the age and condition. Needs a serious update.

The bed was comfortable enough. The young lady who checked us in was very sweet and allowed us to check in early after having spent all night in the airport. Free shuttle service to and from the airport.

The breakfast though wasn't remotely close to what I would expect in similar type of hotels. To improve, I'd add some easy things like a pitcher of water, maybe a small fridge with yogurt and a few other options. The pancake machine wasn't work so I was disappointed.

Room was good. Location is great. I'd stay here again if I needed to be close to the airport.

The staff. Pleasant, picked us up from the airport(late) and took us back the next morning. Comfortable bed.

Because of the travel and events we attend, having the continental breakfast is what we look for. It was not available at this location. Or I should say, a loaf of bread is not a continental breakfast. We were late to our event as I had to drive to another location for breakfast for my daughter.

When advertising for continental breakfast, please have it be a continental breakfast. When we travel, we look for that because of the events we are going to. Sometimes we don't have time to stop for breakfast, so it's nice to have that option at the hotel. Because it wan't at this location, our time was extended trying to find someplace for breakfast. And if that is part of the cost of the stay, then it needs to be reevaluated since it's not always available.

First, the key didn’t work, then the fire alarm kept beeping, then the continental breakfast was a Joke! The coffee was adequate but weak!! No breakfast to speak of!!! Not sure if we will be back!!!

Refrigerator was broken and we reported it but after 2 days nothing happened. Room was dark and needed renovation. Place was not really clean. Kitchen had no cutlery, plates or pans, it was totally bare. Breakfast was very bare minimal
