Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesNew level of trauma unlocked. Had an EARWIG crawl into my ear in the middle of the night! So painful and uncomfortable!!! It came out of my ear in the shower in the morning. So gross!!! Staff at front desk gave me a small discount off room when I showed him the earwig (I unalived it). Found two other bugs in room. Hotel needs to exterminate better. I’m still traumatized.

+ One of the best breakfasts we have had at a facility in this price range; especially liked the omlettes + for those that must watch their sugar intake, there were numerous options here that were high in protein. In addition, the service area was very clean and well stocked. Well done! + Great Bed + Nice outdoor sitting area

The shower water was Luke warm at best, we did stay in a handicap room so not sure if that was the reason for the luke warm water in shower.
