The first room that we were placed in had a clogged toilet that the staff expected me to plunge. I am not a plumber and I don’t work at Super 8. It’s not my responsibility to maintain the property. The door to the same room also did not lock from the outside. We had to change to an upstairs room. The toilet in the upstairs room also had a malfunction with the handle, the iron did not work, and the ironing board did not stand. The items were old and useless. I had to buy an iron to straighten my clothes during my stay.

The staff was nice and accommodating. We enjoyed the pool area.

Breakfast was not much-good coffee with orange juice as well, but didn’t see any milk (must have missed it as there was a cereal dispenser with corn flakes) . Waffle maker there as well with cups of batter. Only white bread for toast. I only saw prepackaged very small Danish pastries, but I got there towards the end of the breakfast time. I would have given them a higher score if there were a few more items for breakfast.

I stayed 3 days and asked for fresh towels each day, they never brought them. I also asked for another roll of toilet paper and they said they couldn't find it. I ended up buying my own.

The bed. Room 101 has a king size but my side (near the door) made a terrible noise like the springs had gone. Not a comfortable night (we are late 60s) so only wanting to sleep well!!

Breakfast was good. Husband and I ate waffles and yogurt. Only decaff tea but I drink regular tea!

Tv pkg provided by property did not include NBC or CBS which provide sporting events and Olympic coverage, super disappointing. Audio muted most of time on all channels. Breakfast not up to Wyndam standards! Nothing refrigerated(yogurt upon request only, butter or milk), waffle mix in coffee cups covered with foil, not commercially produced, no syrup, 2 apples, 2 pcs of bread, 2 twinkies for 10-20 guests, apple and orange juice dispensed from machine, pathetic offerings.Sink in room had numerous cracks, surprised it was not leaking. Fridge was cold, did not try micro orcoffee pot.

Location convenient to our event. Wyndam bed comfortable as usual.

I wanted a cup of coffee when I woke up and although there was a coffee pot and coffee in the room, there was no filter in order to fix it. I had to go all the way to the front desk where the breakfast nook was to get a cup. It was raining and cold, so the situation was unpleasant.

The mattress was "exceptional". I'm 59 y/o and I can honestly say I have "never" had a better night's sleep in my life. Also, having an ironing board and iron, really was a plus.

We were moved to three rooms due to key not working before we settled into a room. Walking back and forth was a bit frustrating. Once settled we notice that the ceiling lighting in the room was not working so we utilized the lamps on the nightstand. Although we received a turnover service we had to go to the front office and request more towels. The sheets were kind of suspect.

The bed was comfortable. The location was convenient to my business affairs. We did receive a turnover service while we were out.

Beds were to tall for my disabled mom and no elevated toilet for her when I ask for handicap accessible room and their was no walk in shower so she couldn't shower.
