Breakfast was average, and oatmeal always ran out before the service window closed. A wider variety to accommodate specific diets and more fresh fruit would be welcome.

No key card access to the back door

We had no hot water. When I called the front desk they said they had hot water….WHAT??? Told me they could send someone up later but they was no one in yet. WHAT??

The room was spacious and the breakfast was great! Staff was so nice when we asked any questions or needed help.

The pool was a little small and the door was broken.

The breakfast was good! Our room was a nice size and they were able to give me adjoining rooms on the first floor.

The shower drain was nasty! We had a handicapped bathroom which I did not ask for & the drain was obviously dirty and clogged so the water went all over the floor and almost out the door we had to use towels to prevent this. Bathroom cleaning needs a lot of work! The rest of the room was very clean.

Availability. The staff at breakfast was so nice & cheerful.

The food was just ok. We were put in a room with missing furniture, no couch, end tables were left in the middle of the room.

Great location in quiet area with nearby shops, staff was friendly and helpful, and room was clean and comfortable, pool was just what we wanted, overall exactly what we needed at a good price.

TV programming was hard to navigate and didn't stream well, may have been the rain...?

The entire building needs to be refurbished. Old & run down. The pool was indoor and very small with no outside ventilation. On Saturday the chlorine level was Far too high. All of the kids were coughing most of the night & into Sunday, and they had red burning eyes.

The pool, the whole reason I chose this property over another in the area that I’m a rewards member of, was a major disappointment. It was covered in. Film, foggy and the pool area smelled like body odor and urine Not to mention there were no pool towels available so I tried to get some from the front desk and was handed shower mat towels and hand towels I also had to purchase pillows and have them delivered as the ones provided by the hotel were small couch size pillows

the rooms need updates the tub had a crack down through the wall that was patched up with some kind of white paint the couch looked like someone sleeps on it every night it's so bowed in I had a hard time getting off of it. the door latch was busted so you could only turn the handle up to get the door to open

it was quiet and the rooms easily able to accommodate you for a long stay.

it was better than expected. I wish breakfast was at 6 on weekends too. it was part of the reason staying there. we had to leave at 630 and go find something to eat, they serve breakfast at 7 on weekends but 6 during week. I didn't know time difference after booking. I would have gone someplace else. needs to be more transparent

The bathroom was not clean. Especially the bathtub. It was clogged and the shower head was dirty and had minerals clogging the shower head. Just waited to shower until I got home.
