We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesWe didn’t like that there was no handle bar in the shower to hang onto. We would have liked to see hooks to hang clothes on in the bathroom like for a robe or something. Also having the bathroom door faces the beds with a frosted door was not good anytime someone got up at night to go to the bathroom it would shine on the beds.
Seemed nice and clean and was close to everything. We enjoyed the free breakfast and the staff was friendly and helpful

United StatesThe phone in our room did not work and the fan in the bathroom quit working on the second night. These were not huge issues just some general maintenance. Alerted the front desk and they offered to over us but we let them know that it was unnecessary just wanted them to know of the issues. The pool was quite cold and the doors to the outside near the pool were open letting additional cold air in. Pool area was very slippery.
Staff Eli and Natalie were amazing. Anything we needed they took care of. They were very friendly and sweet. The breakfast was good and the breakfast attendants were very attentive. The housekeeper was very nice. Enjoyed the fitness center and pool but it was quite cold. Room was very large and nicely set up. The guest laundry was a definite plus.

CanadaWe stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. I was charged $4.95 for “Data Service” which was not explained, and I don’t know what it was for. I emailed the hotel for an explanation but haven’t heard back yet. The heating unit in the room blew air right onto you when lying in the bed. There was no ability to re-direct the flow of air.

United States24/7 coffee in the lobby would have been great. Each room does have a coffee maker and coffee. It looked clean enough, but I just have a personal phobia with all hotel in room coffee makers.
Breakfast was great and there were different selections from day to day and the food was replenished quickly. Whole staff was friendly.

United StatesThe night before checking out, we had ordered pizza and ate in our room. There was a few slices left, so we were going to pack them up before checking out the following morning. When I lifted the box to throw it away, there was a bunch of ants underneath the box and on the table. They were not there throughout our stay beforehand. We even found some by the coffee maker and in the bathroom. I informed the front desk as we were checking out and let them know we tried to kill as many as we found and had to throw away the remaining slices of the pizza. The front desk apologized and said they have this problem whenever it rained, like it did the night before. That the ants would come in during the rain and they would climb in the walls (we were on the second floor). They said they would get an exterminator for the room and we left.
The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfy and the shower was nice. They have a nice gym and the housekeeping was kind and accommodating.

United StatesThe AC noise throughout the night is unbearable. This is an industry-wide problem, however. Just switch to smaller minisplits, and you'll have a better business.. I bet you'll have more guests! Investing in mattresses for good sleep and forgetting about the AC train-horn-like noise is a business loss.

United StatesLost power while the kids were in the pool. would think that someone would have checked in. didn’t have power for a couple hours. not the hotel’s fault, but as we looked out the window at the neighboring property all lit up, I wish we had stayed there. Should think about investing in a generator like other hotels there.
