Room layout was awkward. TV is in a poor position for viewing. Bathroom should have the toilet, lavatory, and shower in one room, not split with the toilet and lavatory in one room and the shower and a second lavatory in a second room.

Location. Interstate near by and plenty of restaurants and stores in the surrounding area. Friendly and efficient staff, especially the young lady at the front desk at check in.

Breakfast wasn't good.

This was a last minute booking for us as we drove through Alabny, but we found it to be very accommodating. The rooms were clean, beds and pillows very comfortable and location was convenient.

Our first room we had to get changed because of the condition of the room. The property is under renovations so we understand and they staff was more than happy to accommodate. There wasn’t a good place near the night stand to charge phones or cpap machine.

The breakfast was pretty good and the staff was very friendly.

The couch and the pull out mattress was stained.

I loved how small the pool was for my children to play in. The pull out couch for multiple guest to sleep on.

Location could have been better. It was kind of hard to find behand other businesses.

The bed was horrible. The bathrooms desperately need fans. There was no air circulation in the room so it easily became very stuffy. The couch was stained and dated, but there was a sign that said they were working on that.

The staff was very kind and very always very helpful when called upon.

The bathroom set up was not ideal. With 3 ppl staying in the room having the sink open and not in the bathroom was not optimal. You had to leave the bathroom to wash your hands and it woke ppl up. The pull out looked very worn out and old and dirty.

Some updating of furniture in room is needed. Door didn’t close on shower room properly.

A large comfortable room with nice facilities, on edge of town centre. Well located next to Mall. Reasonably priced and good complimentary breakfast available was a bonus.

The sink water in bathroom came out the faucet BLACK -we had to let it run for awhile until it ran clear -same w the shower water The couch in the suite looked like someone had spilled bleach or some type of liquid on it - it was not inviting

On our second night, we asked for a late check out, the staff member there was SO confused and proceeded to check us in all over again, ask us for a new CC to put on file, and remade keys for us. It was really odd. She didnt listen and could not seem to understand (despite us telling her a number of times) that we had already checked in, and were just asking for a late check out. It was very odd.

The staff member that greeted us was so absolutely delightful! The room was on the first floor and was easy for us to navigate. We appreciated how easy it was to adjust the thermostat.

Staff was very friendly and efficient…gave us rooms together even without our requesting them…which is more unusual than you might think.

The pool was smaller than we thought, but still a comfy temperature.

The bed was super comfy. The free Buffet Breakfast was delicious & filling! We had a light bulb over the mini fridge area that was going out, as well as a lamp that did not work @ all, so maintenance came & changed the bulb over the fridge area, but had to order a whole new light fixture for the lamp. No biggie as we did not use that lamp anyway. We requested extra pillow & towels which were supplied very quickly. Staff were friendly & polite & all smiles.

There was a sign at the front desk about the look of some of the furniture--the bleach stains. It definitely made a visible impact when I walked into the room and saw bleach stains.

I typically have a really difficult time sleeping in a hotel, but this place was SILENT and SO comfortable!
