What I did not care for is if you are traveling with pets you are given a ground level room. It was my second time at this location and my whole reason for a last minute splurge was to view the stars ⭐️ from the balcony with my girls . Sadly it was not list when traveling with pets you will not have access to said balcony. Ground floor not even a patio section to sit and enjoy a coffee . So that was the disappointment part . Extremely quiet location, beautiful ground's and room was lovely.

The hotel was clean staff was courteous and the bed itself lovely.

A little impersonal and empty in the lobby.

Big hotel with ample facilities. Our suite was fully functional. We booked initially for 3 nights but left after one. And the hotel charged us for the shorter stay, rather than the linger stay we had booked for.

I didn't like that they tried to put me on the second floor when I clearly booked a handicap room with a Walk in shower. The clerk found me another room with a Walk in shower, not the one I booked. I didn't like that there's a $50 per night deposit that I was not informed about. It is refunded when you leave. I didn't like that they didn't clean my room or make the bed for the second night. No Fresh towels. There's nothing in the room about the wifi and how to use it. Poor coffee and not replenished for the next morning if you stay for more than one night. Also the bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable.

The room was very clean. Check in was OK. Big bonus... No bedbugs! Bed was very clean. Sheets were very clean. Air-conditioning worked great.

There is not housekeeping for the rooms. I called after we left and was told that we needed to request it the night before. That wasn't told to me or printed anywhere I could find in the room. I did not ask if having housekeeping was an additional fee but I should have. I would stay there again.

The grounds were lovely. The room was very comfortable.

Very high fee for dog overnite. 75 is really unreasonable for a one night stay .

Breakfast was uninspired and un - included. Extra charge pnly. Fortunately there is an excellent diner just down the road

The property was excellent however we were surprised that there wasn’t any hand soap in the bathroom and when we inquired we were told they don’t provide any longer! I would recommend adding to your website do that people are aware and provide their own!

Because it was new years eve there were no amenities available but it was not listed on the site upon booking so we were unable to get breakfast or any other things aside from a room and for the price I was a little upset. Also the shower pressure wasn't good as the tub faucet didn't fully switch over to the shower head

The lobby area was very welcoming. The staff was very nice. Beds were very comfortable.

While the fitness room is a very nice size the four bicycles (3-peleton copies & 1-chair type) we're not working. Entrance to hotel off Rt 10 is not well marked, and follows after a right hand exit. Rt 10 in this area has a concrete divider prohibiting left turns and the entrance is accessed from the east bound lane . Wawa 1 mile east and a Starbucks is 2+ miles west.

Room was clean and quite comfortable. Particularly nice that the thru the wall heat/cooling unit was very quiet. It's my impression this hotel has been refurbished/remodeled maybe 7-8 years ago and is still in pretty good condition. Halls are very quiet. Very large fitness room (relative to most hotels) easily accommodates 8 -10 people.

Bookings charged us for breakfast and they do not a true breakfast, just bagels and coffee, which cost far less than what you charged. Boo!

When I arrived at the hotel to check in, I was told the room I booked was no longer available. The receptionist explained that since I booked my room through a 3rd party, a group who booked their accommodations directly with the hotel had first selection. I was not notified that I would not be getting the room I booked. I was offered room with double queen beds which I reluctantly accepted (didn't want to be charged for canceling). I had read the reviews prior to coming, and was prepared for the worst. There was very little issues with the room. I did find hair on the toilet, which I wiped down with lysol wipes, and the tub had a few stains around the caulking area. There was no microwave in the room, and the location of the TV was not ideal for 2 queen beds being in the room.

Hotel looked very nice from the outside to the inside. Vert nice presentation. Inviting! The room was also nice looking. Comfortable. I like that it had a balcony, even though we didn't use it.

I didn’t like the noise coming in the middle of the night and early in the morning from other rooms. It was like someone talking next to me. Coffee/tea maker and refrigerator was pretty old. A microwave would be good.

The bed was comfortable and the sofa bed was enough for my kid. The bathroom was big enough and clean.

Horrible service. Charged me extra 25$ for hidden tax that was not included on Booking.com total (including taxes). Breakfast to go only, covered for 2 guests only even the booking was for 4 with breakfast included.
