Hotel is a little bit of older age but OK.

The carpet in the hallway are really dirty. The elevator smelled like throw up I ended up taking the stairs. The three days I stayed at this location. I would like to stay at this location again, because of the conveniency of the location, but I’m not sure if I would be willing to compromise how dirty the carpet were It just makes me think how clean are the rooms. Really

The location was perfect. Everything was close by the staff was very friendly When I asked for a second towels on my second day, they brought them over right away.

The WiFi seemed slow.

I think that I may have gotten a free room upgrade. My room was very nice, quiet, clean, and comfortable. I did not use any of the facilities, so I cannot comment on that.

Old and outdated building and rooms.

Location was good, in the mall area with trader joe's and many other stores and restaurants. Bed was comfortable. There is a pool area that looked nice enough, but i didn't get to use it since the visit was short.

Even though I am a Sonesta Travel Pass member, since I made the reservation through BOOKING.COM, they didn't give me credit for staying and, in general, didn't treat me like a "member". That was disappointing.

The location is excellent and that's why we chose to stay here. The property is a bit dated; it was a Courtyard previously and there has been little updating.

Came to our room and it had a smell of old tobacco smoke smell talked to the staff at the front desk to help try and fix the situation.

This is a well located, comfortable place to stay. Parking is easy and plentiful, and covered! )Very important for Phoenix, especially in the summer). It's an easy walk to multiple restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. For the price, this hotel is an excellent value.

Coffee and morning sweets were available for purchase. Location was very good. Plenty of available restaurant choices, and very centrally located.

the staff was a little unprofessional, could not answer questions, sometimes hard to find-not at the front desk, but in the end it worked out and we had a pleasant stay

The hotel is in a great location walking distance to nice stores and many restaurant options. The pool area is nice, the room was comfortable, the parking was adequate. The staff could have been friendlier but the rest of the experience was very good.

Could hear the next door neighbors clearly and smell their smoke thru the connecting door. Also, was unable to split the bill at checkout with my friend.

The food is pre-packaged and not customizable; for example, asking for no cheese. But the flavor made up for this.

The location was great. Close to restaurants and a Whole Foods. Despite being in a busy area, it was quiet.

The fridge in the room was really too small. It would be good to offer the possibility for at least some rooms to have a slightly larger fridge.

The general infrastructure is good, though we did not use the pool nor the breakfast, so we can not say really anything about that. The room was functional, but the soundproofing could be improved. The staffs at reception were polite.
