Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesOne of the staff members at the restaurant was rude when my food order was wrong and I had them remake it. I ordered a plain hamburger and it came with lettuce, tomato and sauce. I was told to scrape it off.
Location was great and the shuttle service to downtown Park City was super easy and convenient!

United StatesI thought breakfast was included. It definitely was not worth $25. Pillows were flat. My floor of the hotel and room smelled like an old damp dirt basement, I had to go buy a candle. The outside looks dilapidated work peeling paint. Other than that it was very nice and clean

United StatesFor the price I expected to have at least a microwave in the room, not one way down the hall on the opposite side of the hotel. There was no hotel transportation to the Stein Ericson Lodge.
Proximity to Deer Valley. Parking below the hotel was very helpful. Hotel staff was pleasant. I like the pool and the hot tub. The steam room didn’t seem to work properly for me.

United StatesIt was all great. Can't complain!
Rooms are updated and great bathrooms. Everything was above expectations. Great facilities and indoor pool spa and gym. Great value for very overpriced area. The hotel's General Manager was always there to greet you and very accommodating. Really a special gem of a property that is a corporate brand. Also Ski Butler is right next door and shuttle to take you to base of Park City and Deer Valley is perfect. All staff is even better than some 5 star resorts I've stayed in!

United StatesRestaurant food was good but service was slow...no one to help us get our things to our room. No one even asked if we needed help, but we managed after we found a luggage rack. Only one person at the desk, who was very busy. He was nice enough, just very busy.

United StatesWe booked two rooms. Upon checking our room we discovered that the room did not have an exterior window, the window opened to an enclosed pool area below and the air that came in the window was very heavy with a chlorine smell. I have never stayed in a hotel that did not have a window that opened or looked to the outside. The good news is that the nice woman at the front desk found two adjoining rooms for us to move to that had windows that opened to the outside for fresh air and we had a view of the mountain. We were very happy from that time on. If there were no rooms available we would have moved to another hotel. The strong smell of chlorine instantly hurt my eyes and I'm sure it is very unhealthy to breath.
room was clean and we were moved to a better room that had an exterior window upon request. the complimentary shuttle to Main street was nice. the driver was friendly and the drop off & pick up was easy and reliable.

United StatesUnfortunately, there was some construction on-going during the day to repair structural concrete in the parking area on the lower level. This is work is needed and was limited to weekday hours, which was acceptable to us since we were gone most of the day anyway. I am glad the facility is being properly maintained and that occupant safety is of utmost concern of the hotel manager (who we ran into one day outside the hotel entrance). He apologized for the disruption and thanked us for our patience while they made these important repairs which should be completed within the next few weeks.
The front desk staff members throughout our stay were extremely helpful and friendly.

United StatesCheck out had 2 people at the counter, but only one of them could understand basic English. The other woman was held up with a stubborn guest, so I ended up just leaving instead of waiting 45 minutes to address my need. (I wanted to pay cash for my rooms, and for them not to ding the card.) The bath tub in my room, 315 - had draining problems. So if you wanted to take a shower, you'd have to stand in pooling water. (An absolute pet peeve of mine.) So that is the reason for the lower grade.
Room was spacious. Clean. Bed and pillows A+. Bartenders were awesome. Original check in girl was cool as heck. (I wish I remember all of their names.) Takes cash. (A lot of Park City is cashless, which is an absolute scam.)

United StatesThere was no notice of the construction which created limited on-site parking for guests. The noise from construction lasted until dinner hours and began bright and early at 8 am.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Additionally, room was nice and clean. The hotel shuttle provides easy access to Main Street and pick up back to the hotel.

United StatesWe were given free breakfast vouchers because the king bed rooms that we reserved weren't available, but one look at the breakfast buffet convinced us that we didn't want to eat there. You really need to improve the food service.

United StatesShuttle to downtown Park City should start in the morning rather than at 2:00 pm. There is a free city bus, but waiting for it in cold weather cane unpleasant. Without a car, location of hotel is not great.

United StatesJacuzzi was incredibly dirty. We asked it to be cleaned the first night and it was never drained and cleaned during our stay. It would’ve been nice after skiing to have a Jacuzzi to go in.
Great location easy to walk to restaurants. Great indoor pool. The Jacuzzi was dirty so we didn’t go in and that was disappointing but other than that everything was perfect.

United StatesWhen a hotel list that they are pet friendly, don't allow your customers with pets to be on the same floor/row/hallway with customers that complain about dogs barking. The Sheraton Hotel should always have a seperate floor for those customers that do bring pets, so we don't have to get text messages or calls that our pets (dogs) are barking and being loud. When Dogs hear doors shut and slammed, of course they will be barking. My family and I left our pets in the room to go enjoy a nice Christmas Eve, Dinner, and I kept getting calls and text messages from the front desk that they had 4 complaints about dogs in the room next door to their room, or they could hear dogs barking from down the hall. I could not enjoy myself due to the messages that were being sent to me while I was enjoying my meal. Maybe next time I will won't be staying at the Sheraton Hotel in Park City

United StatesThe service was really bad. The staff was rude. I couldn’t get anyones attention. I couldn’t get anyone to help me with my bags. I couldn’t get anyone to hold my bags at the bell stand. I asked for a taxi and I was told I should get an Uber.meanwhile while my app wasn’t working. the two people who were great were both the male and female Sheraton Van drivers. they both went out of their way to help. My room never got cleaned. I called them to ask them to clean it and they said they would come and they never came. The facility was old. There was a new part where the restaurant was but the original part of the hotel is tired. It’s very dated. The service in the restaurant was nice. Those people were nice. The food was ok. The front desk staff was just rude and curt. The location was ok for the theaters via car or bus. However, there wasn’t enough to walk to. my last few nights, I stayed right in town in Park city, and I was able to walk to theaters and restaurants and shopping
The location good for Sundance Film Festival to get to the theaters by bus or car.
