That the outside bar closes early. It’s always nice when you come back from dinner to sit outside and have a night cap. Also there are no microwaves in the room so you can’t heat up tea or anything

The beach was the best part. There were always plenty of chairs and umbrellas available Rooms definitely need to be updated but if you’re not too picky they’re fine. The only drawback is that everything closes early. Pool. Outside bar. Restaurant. And I feel that the restaurant caters more to families. Simple basic menu. Thankfully there are a lot of nice restaurants in the area.

The pool was cleaned every morning, but by the afternoon, it was dirty. We mostly used the indoor pool, it was cleaner and less crowded. Our group had two signature rooms, same price, one was old with loud AC and door stuck. THE other was renovated with new TV and quiet AC.

The beach is beautiful. They have umbrellas, service on the beach, and lots of beach chairs. We enjoyed the music one afternoon and the activities for the kids.

I did not like the room at all. I had no view and I thought I was getting view and quick access to the beach. The floor in the room was dirty. The beds were small, but most bothersome was no view at all. The food in the restaurant was too expensive. It should be more affordable, especially breakfast.

I enjoy my morning coffee. I am accustom to having a coffee/tea station set up for guests to enjoy. If not all day, at least in the morning. I had to buy a coffee from the gift shop for $11! Considering the size of the resort and remoteness, I was very disappointed in the lack of consideration.

The resort was lovely. The grounds were easy to walk around. I enjoyed walking the beach.

The construction was not difficult but knowing they were being made better for after our vacation was a bit sad.

No hot water every day! They kept trying to fix it and we would get 2 minutes of hot before it turned ice cold.

What I did not appreciate- Would not let me request early check in without being there in person - which completely defeats the purpose of early check in requests when u have a sleeping toddler in the car - Wanted me to present a credit card in person - I already paid for the room and they had my cc info on file - so the need to be there in person made no sense to me Also - - especially when you’re paying a very high “resort fee” in the middle of winter when you can’t use 50% of the resort

No curtains 17$ for a mojito Outside pool area had trash everywhere. Pool bar closed at 7pm They had no idea about food allergies so we had to eat off the property. Nothing around for 7+ minutes.

Event with DJ directly beneath my room playing loud music until 1130pm. Resort wouldn’t take money off my stay got the inconvenience because I booked through booking.
