I have stayed at this property several times and it will always be my go to property in the desert. While the property is great, the staff are who make this place truly exceptional..

The restaurant hostess was a little strange. We came for breakfast at 10 and she said she counted seat us she had a large party at 11:30. I said I hope breakfast doesn't take and hour and 1/2. She finally sat us but was a little strange.

    Everything was amazing.

A little gem in the desert...great food and drinks, well appointed rooms and great hospitality.

The rooms can be a bit noisy, I recommend requesting the second floor.

This is a great little property. Not everything is perfect, but it is really, really good. The staff is great, thoughtful and concerned about hospitality. They actually care about doing a great job and keeping guests comfortable and happy. That is unfortunately lacking in most hospitality today. A little anecdote: On my last stay the TV did not work. I did not care as I don't usually watch TV, but when I checked out I let them know so they could address it for the next guest. On my next visit they remembered and took care of one of my meals at the restaurant. That is good hospitality and for that I will keep coming back.

"Resort Fee" - this is ridiculous, not optional if you don't want to use any of the "resort" amenities (wasn't sure what that even is to be honest)(maybe parking?)(the pool?) the rate should be the rate without any stupid add ons that are not optional. Having the light on all the time on the room balcony was not nice, would be nice if there was a switch to turn off. Yes there are blackout curtains but still, would be nice to sit there in the evening without a bright light.

Rooms are nice, liked having a balcony with a door to open for the breeze. staff was very nice. Liked the morning coffee by the pool!

Deluxe rooms were a little too small. No desk or chair to conduct any business. Had to get on a zoom call sitting on the bed. Our room smelled a little odd.

Beds were comfortable. Staff and housekeeping were excellent. Turned down service was an added treat. Free and secure parking. Private and tucked away. Close to shopping, great restaurants, etc.

I do think the grounds could be trimmed a little bit and sofa pads by the pool updated. The place was quiet Except my room which happened to border the famous The Nest bar. So I was hearing bass until 1130pm and attended for a conference. Just be sure to ask for a room not attached to the nest. I’m a light sleeper so this was a little bit of a bummer but hands down will be back again.

Super quaint hidden gem and oasis that is such a beautiful rendition of a Riad in Marrakech, Morocco. The staff was exceptional from check in to the bellman and bartender at Pink Cabana. The fresh coffee poolside on the morning along with the French press in the room was a wonderful touch.

Great vibe. Relaxing. Love the misters and the shade. Restaurant good. Dog friendly (although 200 per dog is a bit much for 10lb dogs that don’t shed and are house trained)

The location was ok. Whenever I think Indian Wells I think the mountains and views and you cannot see anything when at the pool but the facility itself. I didn't like that we confirmed a check in time for 4:00 and did not get our room till almost 6;00 and we were comped a drink for our inconvenience. Then when we asked for a late check out we could not be accommodated. hmm seems like 2 hours taken off at the front end could have been added on the back end.

We liked the pool. Liked all of the food except the flat iron steak, I could not even eat it. We liked the bed. The bathroom was nice but with a shower that large what is the point without 2 shower heads? We liked the pool. The facility was really nice.

Wanted a lighter breakfast and chose the granola bowl and it was huge, enough for 2 or 3 people. It was a waste I could not eat it all.

The staff made this property extra special a special shout out to Liz at Guest services, Kirsten at check in, Brandon the bartender and Mary Lou in Housekeeping. Its a charming well kept property with great rooms and valet or self park options. The Pink Cabana restaurant is so good, great menu and cocktails and wine selection. I was travelling for a conference at a nearby hotel and was so happy that I chose to stay here and not the host hotel. It was an all in fabulous experience and I will recommend it and be back in the future.

While the hotel lobby staff couldn’t have been nicer, the restaurant staff was aloof and basically unfriendly. The pool waiter kept us waiting for our drinks for over 30 minutes, and even after acknowledging he’d forgotten us, he was still late delivering. We eventually had to get up and go find water for ourselves.

Pretty as a picture. Lovely setting and relaxing atmosphere.

Nothing. I loved everything about it.

The property is a beautiful boutique hotel with lots of charm and elegance. It is clear that much thought went into the details when it came to the decor of this special oasis. I loved the double patios in the junior suite with a bathtub on one patio and a nice lounging sitting area on the other patio. The Pink Cabana Restaurant seems like a lovely little restaurant, though I only passed through and didn’t get a chance to eat there. The staff all over the hotel and restaurant were just wonderful. The location is in close proximity to the Indian Wells Tennis Center, which was so very convenient.

We are not big drinkers of hard alcohol and had a lot in our room! We understood the "Mad Men" decor and thought it was super fun idea but drank zero of it! We did not find the coffee supply until later because it was hidden underneath! I want a coffee bar above next time but honestly, EVERYTHING was really awesome.

The shower had great water pressure and it was beautiful! Loved the mid-century design and restaurant was really nice too. Everyone, staff, were all super friendly. Loved our stay - wished we could stay longer!
