The I think It was the south towers are very very outdated. Rooms honestly look nothing like the pictures. Bathroom was a lot smaller than pictures displayed.

Location was good , view was good, staff was amazing. Overall this was always my go to spot.

Pricing all included fees should be in the price at booking. Older property in need of renovation. The toilet ran all night and the balcony area had a big spot missing paint. Parking was difficult small lot. The table area needs to be cleaned around the base old food is on the table base.

Very Nice location, loved the music and the pool area. The access to the ocean was good. The AC was good, nice and cool.

The long wait and line to check in. A lot of us guest arrived like 40 to 30 mins early but was told that we had to wait until 4 which made the line to check in so long that it was almost to the street and it was only 1 desk clerk checking everyone in but she was very nice from the other lady that made us wait. And the elevators kept moving slow and stopping on floors that no one was on which made the ride to the 7th floor too long

They put us in a broken room man our sink in the kitchen was crap honestly no water pressure Wht so ever I couldn’t even wash my grandsons bottles it took 5 minz to get the soap off like frfr I had a drop of water and then there was roaches man everywhere and the room keys kept messing upppp we had to go to the front desk a hundred tymezzzz

There were already problems from the moment I checked in. My room was dirty, the air conditioning didn't work, the water never came out cold, it always came out hot. It was a problem trying to get it fixed, but luckily the maintenance guy was a very good worker and he fixed the air conditioning problem for me. Aside from that the phone stopped working after that incident so we couldn't call the front desk, they never provided me with room cleaning service and I was there for five days and had to go to the front desk to pick up a roll of toilet paper, because they wouldn't give me any more toilet paper and we were five people. They didn't change my sheets, they didn't bring me towels, they didn't vacuum my room, and apart from that they charged me $28.56 per day supposedly for tourism. Which they never told me on the booking page and they charged me $113 more.

lots of things need upgrades. particularly, our shower which had a crack in the bottom so the water ran under the shower and rotted out the fiberglass. made for a very squishy step into the shower and lots of black mold in hard to reach places.

I didn't like the cleanliness of the hotel. There was black mold in the entrances and the room. We were only allowed to have one roll of toilet paper at a time, which was inconvenient when you are down to the last piece. Some of the staff were smoking Marijuana at the entrances, which wouldn't normally bother me, however my family had to walk through it. The elevator was pretty scary. It didn't always work...and the toilet wouldn't stop running so we basically couldn't flush, so that was fun...

The tiki bar at the pool and the lazy river were great added bonuses. I loved the balcony in the room. I loved that it was pet friendly. One member of the staff really went out of her way to please the guests. Tamika was wonderful! The room was very spacious.

The partial ocean view regular rooms door broke off when we opened it they drilled it back . The ocean view suite has two separate bed areas with doors and one air conditioner so you have to leave the doors open and air blasting or its too hot in the other side . So the pple in the pull out bed room freeze to death. I was sick from it. The rooms were not clean and the bath towel holder broke with I touched it .In the suite there is no utensils you have to request them. The ice maker also did not work you would need to walk over to the other building. They don't offer seating on the beach.

The location is right on the beach. It has a nice view both full and partial rooms . You can walk to get food , the pool , the beach and shops. The staff was not rude but not very nice . The pools were clean they clean them each morning. It has a small lazy river with the round floats , a 3ft-8ft pool and a 1ft pool for babies.

Parking was difficult until we found the parking garage! Walking to hotel wasn’t bad but wouldn’t have liked it in the rain! One elevator to serve 8 floors wasn’t acceptable! It was to serve customers & used as the service elevator also! Always was a wait to get on & sometimes to get off stopping at almost all floors! Room had no pictures on walls! Very plain!

The hotel was very dirty. It smelled terrible!! Our room was not clean and smelled terrible. $80 resort fee that wasn’t mentioned. $25 per night for a security deposit. MOLD in the room. Smelled like weed in the hallways. Way too many kids at the pool. People using the pool fully clothed.

Extra fees!! Had to pay for amenities that we didn't even use. We were there for sons funeral . My husband had a heart attack 2 wks. prior . He was in icu for 4 days and not expected to live. His condition is still serious. Drs. were concerned for the trip, but nothing was going to stop him. I had cancer surgery on my back on the same morning of ❤️ attack. We are both on disability and the extra fees were a big deal. There were times I had to drive around the lots across the street for as long as 20 min. to park. Clearly, people other than guests were parking. I only left for food. Had to go to another building for ice. Even the hair dryer was missing that was supposed to be included! Everything was outdated! The carpet stayed wet in front of the balcony door. We did try to walk to the beach, but it didn't go well. I explained our situation on the phone prior to visit and upon arrival, and it was clear they didn't care. I went through booking.com, and the amount showed only thing excluded was tax. After paying for 4 nights, including the tax and driving myself , 14hrs. we arrived, believing we owed nothing more. I don't know if the damage deposit was returned. I was so upset checking in that I forgot how I paid it! I will say the nicest people were housekeeping .

The fact that when we got to the room to rest our room was on the bottom floor right by the front door people kept running in and out then the fire alarm went off people screaming fire we had to run outside so I had them move us out that building because of the people there. The indoor pool wasn’t even working it was closed we have stayed here before and it never looked this bad and for the price it’s not worth it to me to be honest
