Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Had to put down a cash only deposit and what if I didn't have it the lady goin point at some paper they made up no guest and other crazy stuff never would I go and it's crazy what guy said to me when I ask for my deposit back I think they have camera inside them rooms what the guy said to me only a person who was in the room would know

Door was was hard to open and closed as it appears to have previously been kicked in. Neighbors were loud, constant domestic disputes. Noise from neighboring rooms after dark, even between 1-5 in the morning.

United StatesHorrible, unbearable smell from AC, we had to turn it off and open the door to let some fresh air in. Bathroom fan didn’t work, which added humidity and made the room odor even worse. The floor in the room was dirty and sticky.

United StatesThe front desk is a ladie from India. Zero respect and judgmental and lies through her teeth We get the and she said that I had a room before under my ID and I had been kicked out. Well that's not true I haven't even had that ID 6 months because I just move to Texas. So I asked for the corporate number and after 5 minutes she finally gave it to me. Of course after talking to there corporate office it turns out she's not telling the truth I go up to the front desk with my wife and she losses it and says to get off the property witch we did . Now there were 8 more hotels on that were on that street she called everyone of them and got them to not rent to us. Do not rent here
