This is just a little thing, but I wish they have an indoor foot rug as you enter the main door and the bathroom so it's easier to clean the slippers and the sands dont get in the floor. and so that it's easier to dry your feet on the bathroom after shower. I hate that the water just drips on the floor in the bath after you shower, so i had to use the extra super white clean towels which doesn't feel right. I don't know maybe this is probably a cultural differences but in Asia most hotels has rugs. So far, since I moved here in the US I haven't seen any hotels that has one. Idk why. Maybe sanitary issue? Please help me understand. Thanks

The floor was dirty, my grand son came to visit and is crawling and his knees were filthy after a few mins of crawling on the floor. I don’t think it’s been mopped ever!

The exterior and pool could use a little refresh, and maybe a little better cleaning inside drawers in the rooms. But overall very decent.

Very friendly staff, and great location right across from the beach and the pier. Updated rooms with nice vinyl flooring, with microwave and fridge. AC worked great too !

Coffeepot did not have a built-in filter so I could not use the special coffee I had brought with me. The refrigerator did not have a separate freezer part and all the food I put in it ended up with a very thin layer of ice on it.

Access to beach was a one minute walk away with desiginated highway crossing. Swimming pool was inside out of the heat, clean.

We've been here multiple times and the last two times the rooms were very dirty. There were dead bugs in the room and cobwebs that were near the beds.The remote was absolutely disgusting. Sticky and you could tell it was just gross. The room was musty and we had to leave the door open when first getting there. The pool was great until we saw a bandaid and what appeared to be public hair floating in the pool. The beds suck on the back side of the building. The rooms near the office seem to be cleaner. The ones on the back side (124 & 228) were no good the last two times we've been.

There wasn't any room cleaning service on Thursday, June 19. Was this because of the holiday? If so, it wasn't posted that I saw anywhere on or inside the property.

Had a fire alarm go off at 10:30p for about 20 minutes and fire dept came and investigated. Were never given an all clear by staff or any reason for fire alarm.

Room 127 had a very strong chemical smell, kind of reminding me of sanitizer, and it lingered the whole stay. Also, one wall outlet had holes on both sides. Thankfully I did not have any young children that could explore and possibly be hurt by this.

Water pressure in showers was weak. The pool was cold and a bit dirty. The bathroom needed more drying hooks for beach towels and such.

There was no iron in the rooms, little disappointed in that. We were in town for a wedding, an iron would have been handy. The parking lot had bad drainage issues. One half of the parking lot was under water.

It is basic, like the cost. Only coffee at breakfast but the restaurant on the next door ppropery had that covered.

The location was great. The pier is a couple minute walk. Good restaurants nearby. This place is good straight forward motel with large clean rooms. I will definitely stay again when in the area.
