Staff allowed another person to have a key to our room and they were able to go into the room. This was a friend thank goodness, but how was this ok when I have to show my ID to get the room?

I had a limited disability person and got room on the second floor the faculty didn’t have an elevator, when I book the room I requested a disability room. The sink faucet wasn’t following water it was spraying water, the shower faucet the water was opposite on what was marked the hot water was coming out on cold water, cold water was coming out on the hot water, the toilet clog had to request for a plunder, didn’t have enough handicap bars for the shower, hook was missing to hang clothes in the shower room, no iron had to request for one. Need to upgrade carpet in the hallway & room was old & faded.

The room we were put in definitely could have used some maintenance. Also having some outlets close to the bed for charging phones would be good

We loved staying in a truly historic building that has its original harm and character

Way overpriced for what I was getting. Built up ice in the fridge. Door didn't close all the way.

Overpriced. Dated, dirty carpet, toilet and shower bottom (slippery). No complimentary breakfast. No elevator to the second floor.

    • Superior Queen Room

Old carpet and curtains, bathroom was not that clean and extremely dated with a strange, splintery wood panel around the toilet base, and there were roaches in the bathtub and huge black flys flying around our room upon our arrival. The room also smelled like old cigarettes. A man had his dog running around the pool area. The pool was so murky you couldn't see your limbs when you were in it.

The location was pretty good, and the old west adobe style of the room and entire hotel was really cute. Bed was comfortable. The outdoor courtyard was really nice. I like that there was a pool area.

Rooms were out dated. Pictures on the website were better than in person. Tiles were broken in the shower and spider webs in the windows. The carpet was unquestionable. I did not feel comfortable walking barefoot.

My room 222 is a lawsuit waiting to happen. You have to step up to walk into the bathroom which is okay at first. But later, when I was tired and headed to the bathroom in the dark, I forgot about the “step up”. I tripped and went flying in what could have easily become a very serious head injury. If I owned this place, I would either take this room off the market or fix it immediately!

Folks were nice. Room was spacious, old, but not too bad.

The hotel was rundown. The stairs to the room seemed to be very old, with paint chipped away. I didn't want to hold on to the banister. The wood on the walkway to the room was separated, and I had to be careful about how i walked with heals on. The room did not look like the pictures on the internet. The bathroom sink sprayed and shower sprayed hard and too hot.

The location was good, and the bed we'd comfortable.

The rooms were not well cleaned. The walls were gross in the bathroom. In one of the faucets the water came out of one stream in the screen. Everything just was not as clean as I'd hoped it would be.
