The floors in the room were dirty and the sheets had spots on them. The walls were very thin so I was able to hear the next room’s conversations.

The location was close to all the stores. Neil at the front desk was absolutely pleasant and very informative.

Need a chair to sit in instead of just the bed. There was no soap/lotion in bathroom. Could use some outside chairs on upper deck to enjoy summer air.

There was no breakfast, The bed was comfortable. Shower had plenty of hot water. Location was close to outlet stores.

there was definitely a mouse. I found mouse poo on the tv stand/dresser. I cleaned it up when I got there and in the morning there was plenty more to be found in the same spot. There was mold in the refrigerator.

The location was good, felt like it was a safe area to be outside at night. The staff was nice.

The rooms were disgusting, and there was mold on the bed spread. The toilet in the other room could literally be lifted off the ground. I asked the manager to check out what he was going to do about the mold and give me some money back, and he said there's nothing I can do because you books threw a different company. So someone's gunna give me money off the rooms that we're NOT worth 210 a night!

The staff wasn’t friendly when checking in. The room was not very clean. The walls are so thin and there was a door to the adjacent room locked next to the bed so you could hear every noise from next door. The rooms could use a ton of updating and could be better organized

It was close to the outlets of Lake George and not too far from the town

Room was Dirty cobwebs and bugs on windows. Refrigerator inside gross. Air-conditioner smelled. Bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, and the heat lamp had no cover you could see inside the ceiling full of spiderweb. The add for the Hotel on your site says 2 pools one inside and one outside they have no pool. Outside one was filled in with stone and had no inside one. One reason I chose to stay there with my grandchildren was the pool needless to say they were very disappointed.

Close to shopping and easy use of the trolley for transportation to and from downtown Lake George.

The room was old but very clean. The door to the bathroom and the main door were a little tough to open and close.

The woman that checked me in was super nice and very efficient. We needed an extra pillow and she delivered it within minutes. I spoke to her about the area and she offered some good ideas.

The hotel is very run down,Our room flooded, the outside was all over grown. I fell in the parking lot the woman didn’t even come out to see if I was ok. My son took me to hospital when I asked her for an accident report from hotel she told me they didn’t have any! Very Disappointed!!!
