Nothing, everything was amazing!

The resort was in a great location with private beach access. Staff was so welcoming and helpful with everything, they gave us a shopping cart when they saw us come in with a large amount of groceries. They informed us about a rocket launch that we could watch from the beach at 2:45 am. It was an amazing experience.The apartment was really spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and prepared for a long stay. There is a game room and a theater, they also have a Mexican restaurant in the resort. Really great place!!!

We thought everything was very nice. One suggestion is that one of the outside showers on the walk was broken and needed to be fixed. Also wished that we could’ve gotten discount on renting chairs/umbrella as a guest of the Resort.

Location excellent and the front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. The Mexican restaurant was delicious, too, and convenient.

The proximity to shops and restaurants. There is a great Mexican restaurant within the hotel but everything else was a short drive away. Lots of places to eat within 2 miles of hotel.

The proximity to the beach was great! Self service towel system. Take towels, return them. The wrist bands for easy access to rooms and other facilities, instead of worrying about a card everywhere you go. VERY clean from the lobby to our room. Hotel staff was super friendly as well.

Hard to get towels- sheets were not changed for the entire week long stay. Would have liked the pool bar to have longer hours for food and drink- perhaps until about dinner time 7pm.

Loved the pool and all of the fun activities for kids. DJ was super fun!

Umbrella with two beach chairs for $35 a day.

The beach was absolutely lovely. We found that on cloudy days, the water takes a bit longer to warm up—so heading out after lunch turned out to be the best plan. The ocean was calm, the sand was clean, and the overall atmosphere felt peaceful. Our hotel really impressed us. It offered a wide variety of amenities including a sparkling pool, an on-site restaurant, a movie t heater, an arcade, and both basketball and tennis courts. The area had a Carolina Beach vibe, just with more hotels and a slightly more spread-out layout. If you weren’t in the mood for the cozy charm of family-run restaurants, there were other dining and shopping options a little farther out. We had a great time and would definitely visit again.

It would be nice if the Tiki bar stayed open longer. It closed at 5:00pm but the pool stays open until 11:30pm.

The rooms are nice size and were clean. The amenities were great (pool, theater, game room, outdoor activities). The location is great for both beach access and local restaurants.

We were put in a room on the second floor and it was completely blocked by trees.we paid for a room with partial view.

We did have some very tiny ants that got into some of our food on the counter. Didn't think to tell the front desk. We just kept anything that was open on the stove or in the microwave and issue resolved.

We like that it is on the ocean front, the Mexican restaurant, and that it is close to Patrick's Space Force base. Lots of near by grocery stores and restaurants. Our ocean front condo was wonderful this time.

Absolutely great Resort, staff were professional yet really friendly and helpful. Pool area nice, Staff at Azteca Restaurant inside Resort super nice, food was GREAT! Our room had a partial sea view and was really nice! Pleasant stay, we will be back there for sure and I would highly recommend this Resort.
