We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesHad to pay for parking. Seems odd being in the middle of nowhere, where there was plenty of space.
Very nice suite with plenty of amenities and nice large bathroom. Breakfast was decent. A bit crowded and they staff was working hard to get enough plates and utensils out. Seems like they could have used a couple more people to help out. Pool wasn't usable which was a bummer but the kids enjoyed the hot tub and small basketball court.

United StatesBreakfast was average; some less expensive Pullman hotels offer more choices and better tasting food. Beware I was charged more than the Booking.com price. When I enquired the staff were unsure why but said it would correct itself after checkout - it did not.
Room was large and well appointed. staff were friendly but were not able to address specific questions

United StatesRoom location with very limited window. Felt like jail.
Great, if you are not staying during cougar football! The time we got a room in the corner, and I felt a little like a jail cell with only a tiny window facing the wall. We had our dog wondering if that’s why we got stuck in this room?

United StatesPaying for parking. Why?
Bathroom was dirty. Hotel going through a remodel so breakfast area was closed and moved to a different room. Several of the breakfast items were not available such as oatmeal, which for someone with allergies, oatmeal is the only thing I could eat. No bananas, regular coffee was out.

United StatesMultiple stains on the carpet, so I was hesitant to walk around without socks. When I reported it, I wasn't offered another room, but was told it would be reported to housekeeping. As I was checking for bedbugs (DIDN'T FIND ANY), but found blood spot and what appeared to be ink spots on the comforter; didn't use them. I travel often, and this is why I carry my own linens and light blanket with me. I had to go around and wipe down counters and even the Kleenex holder; layer of dust. The room smelled clean initially, but after 24 hours (my stay was for 48 hrs), it had a distinctive odor of dog which explains the stains on the carpet. It would have been nice to know upon check-in, for those that may have allergies.
Situated at the end of campus and very close to my child's dorm. The outline of the room was exactly as advertised. Modern and spacious. Having access to free breakfast if needed. Although standard, it was appreciated. The staff was always friendly and welcoming. The grounds and parking area was very clean and I felt safe. The bed was comfortable and I slept like a rock.

United StatesSee first answer started with the negatives. There was one staff person in housekeeping that was kind. I opted out of cleaning room though as it was not necessary.
AC was broken in lobby. Not nice for staff but not nice for enjoying breakfast. Fortunately there was the patio where it was cool in the morning. Waited one entire day to get hair dryer that was missing from room and still had to go to front desk. First day there was “warm” water then after that nothing but cold water. We were not informed and the staff was very nonchalant about the whole thing. No compassion, understanding just that is “how it is”. Difficult to speak to staff as there was always a line waiting for one person.

United StatesI don’t like to rock the boat with unnecessary complaints and I like to give folks the benefit of the doubt, but this stay was beyond disappointing. The rooms were not very clean. There was dirt/ dust everywhere. The sheets and towels were clean but beyond that it’s like no one is actually cleaning the surfaces, showers or floors or the walls near the toilet. There was what appeared to be urine on the wall. The mattress cover for the pullout couch was HEAVILY stained which grossed my 18 year old son out- which takes a lot to do. Not to mention the actual couch itself was dirty with various stains- food, body fluids who knows. In addition it was not even usable for a bed. My son can sleep almost anywhere but these pull out couches were the worst I’ve ever seen. We had to take the mattress out and place on the floor and cover it completely with a blanket underneath the actual bedding. We would have booked another room for him- but not at these prices. Quite a few of the staff are still wearing masks so there seems to be a discrepancy with cleanliness/germ spread? The beds and bedding were not great either. Just ok. Now, let’s talk about the breakfast situation. Overall the three mornings we were there, it proved to be a waste of a trip to venture downstairs. The first morning we couldn’t even get milk, as they “ran out” and the hotel wasn’t even close to being full. Everyday it was a coin toss if you could get a cup of coffee- and if so, it was sure to be lukewarm. The bagels and English muffins could have been mistaken for hockey pucks-BEFORE being toasted. It was as if the hotel was on a mission to make the breakfast situation a joke. Come on now- we weren’t asking for much, just hot cup of coffee and milk for cereal (as the sausage and bacon were not edible in my opinion knowing the cleanliness of the room we were afraid to eat the cooked food).
The hotel is close to the WSU campus. We loved the initial ambiance of lobby- but our entire stay no one actually ever was there serving drinks etc. So just don’t have any expectation that there is a service bar (I don’t think many would care, but it shouldn’t be advertised as such).

United Statesfirst of all it was like our room was not cleaned. All of the dishes in the room were filthy, the front of the microwave was nasty and not cleaned. the top of the stove was disgusting and not touched. there was dust all over the top of the fridge, the counters had stuff dried on them from someone else saying there, and the floor looked like it wasn’t vacuumed. the sensor on our door for the room key broke off and I had to figure out how to put it back on. We couldn’t log into HBO max on the tv either. For the amount we paid for this room, we were not happy. we were having a birthday party there for our daughter and her friends and having a room that dirty was not ok. we go there every year for our kids birthdays but after this we won’t be going back again. we will give our business to another hotel that actually takes pride in cleaning there rooms properly and value there customers. when we spend over $250 for a room we expect it to be clean.
the property itself is one of the nicest places in town. that’s why we stay there. the pool is very nice and the facility itself is just a nice place.
