That the bathroom tub needs a mat inside to avoid slipping and injury as the floor too smooth. Also that the rates change daily so the lack of a set rate once booked is very discouraging. My first nights were $199.99 plus taxes and with days for the very same room it increased to $439.99 a night. That is unjust. So I had to leave.

I liked that I had key conveniences in my room and the cleaning staff were very responsive.

My stay was just what was needed. Upon arrival The staff was very polite. Parking was a breeze and secure. Our night caps were very delicious since the bar was still opened when I checked in. My room was spacious with a nice view of city lights and very clean. The kitchen appliances were on point. The night was peaceful. Breakfast was fantastic with a great variety. Checkout was a breeze. Will be back!

Laying in bed watching the television was a bit difficult the television I would say need to be elevated a little higher, but I will definitely stay in that room again.

The breakfast was as expected the staff was friendly. The room was clean. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

The bar tender and bar were not stocked at all. We were looking for a drink and anything we wanted either they couldn’t make or didn’t have any liquor. We wanted beer there was nothing on draft. Poor upkeep on that since there were no bars local, especially not being from the area. Very disappointed.

We love that it felt safe, it was easy to find, and all of the staff were very pleasant.

No complaints. Everything was smooth and wonderful. Prices are a little on the expensive side but the facility is kept in great condition .

The staff were friendly and accommodating to myself and my family. We had a smooth time getting ready for our wedding at their location. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were super helpful in the kitchen area. Everything was wonderful.

Rooms are alittle dark and one room was smaller than the other bedroom but nonetheless, it was still great. Unfortunately there were some renovation works so didn't hsve access to their gym.

Kitchen staff member at breakfast was so friendly and helpful. She was helpful, easy to approach and talk to and helped my kids make waffles. The 2 bedroom apartment was great for our family size and fully equipped kitchen was great too.

I wish the lighting was better. I was there for a 15th bday party and it was very difficult to do makeup in the lighting. I think it was too low and yellowish. Maybe to accommodate for that, the hotel should invest in tall blue light, bright white lamps.

I got a 1 bed w/pull out on the 6th floor. It was spacious, clean, comfy. I loved how accommodating the staff were, they brought extra pillows when asked. And the kitchen staff was super nice during breakfast.

Playyard was dirty ripped and stained. Beds not super comfortable. Woken up once by alarm and then by housekeeping
