The hotel did not honor the rate provided by Booking com. First, they called me a few days before arrival and offered to change the room to a non-smoking for no charge (confirmed over phone), but later on charge me more and were saying it's an upgrade and I have to pay extra for it. Oyo's customer service was useless in resolving the issue and everyone went in denial that the upgrade was offered at no charge. Breakfast selection was pretty basic.

Very nice and clean hotel, the room had new furniture and amenities. Clean and maintained in general.

I would definitely not recommend their continental breakfast, my only real complaint.🙁 It kind of seemed like the same items had been sitting out on the counter for a few days, maybe a bit off because of Easter. The rest are annoying but not really complaints. Curtains are a little long were blocking the A/C, I used a hair clip to solve that problem.The floors in the room were very gritty. Thankfully, we brought our slippers. I think something might be wrong with septic or the wax ring on the toilet. Random dampness behind toilet and slight septic odor in bathroom. It's a smoking room, so there were the obvious signs that smokers had been there before me. Light scorching on sink edges and bathtub edge, not complaints, just information.

Location is great, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Other guests kinda felt like family, chatty and sweet, in the walkways, and waiting for coffee to brew in the breakfast room. Coffee is provided in the room, but that's never enough for me 😴. Fridge worked great.A/C blows cold. Linens were stained but smelled clean.Nice hot water with good pressure. Bed was very comfortable. The room smelled very clean, considering I booked a smoking room. Nice Mexican restraunt practicly in the same lot with good breakfast. Overall, I would recommend.

The hotel descriptions states they have breakfast as well as laundry. They have a breakfast room but all they have is coffee, no breakfast. The laundry services where out of order. Room door doesn't seal all the way, letting light in. Loud noise at night from other people checking in, using coke machine and slamming doors. Front desk was not familiar with the area and didn't even know how to print me an invoice when I checked out.

Restroom made a lot of noise after flushing for several minutes. Sounded like water lines were going to blow. Room smelled bad. Felt very humid in room.

There was a mixup during check-in, apparently, the front desk staff and the maid staff doesn't have a clear line of communication. The room I was first given had the sheets on a stack on the bed, the trash hadn't been taken out, the room wasn't the cleanest, and there were only a few towels. I thought it was weird but rolled with it. However, the maid (who didn't speak English) told me I had to move to another room - using the translator app on her phone. Beyond that, the TV only had a few stations and the breakfast was limited.

My second room was great. The bed was very comfy, the room super quiet allowing for me to get a great night's rest and the room was very large.
