Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWe set an alarm for 2:00AM as a back up we asked for a wake up call and went to sleep. At 10:00 PM we received a call waking us up to confirm our 2:00AM call. LOL! Also there were some young adults having a party in the hallway, out of fear we kept to ourselves and didn't want to make it an issue for the staff to have to deal with. Also our alarm went off at 2:00, and we NEVER received our wake up back up call.LOL

United StatesThe bed was awful. It had zero support, a huge soft spot in the center like a 600lb person had slept in it for a year straight. The bathroom walls were super dirty. The mini fridge was hardly working. The ceiling was damn near ready to fall in on us.
We had a smoking room which was nice for us. We didnt require many amenties.

Breakfast a little sparse like fruit option was choice of two darkening bananas, no oatmeal or grits packages the first day, oatmeal on second day but no microwave. No I didn't ask and since I was ready to leave I wasn't going back upstairs to fix breakfast.
