They advertised breakfast. there was no breakfast. They advertised room service and or a restaurant connected to facility. It was not open. The elevators are creepy. The back door does not lock therefore people could just get in at anytime whether they had a room or not. People were sitting in the stairway getting "elevated". Kids were playing on the elevators. it was a zoo. This is located in the "hood".

Very dirty place to stay, carpets in halls where dirty. One Elevator didnt work.. I asked for toilet paper for my room an they had one roll left in their stock.. online said there was breakfast, but was told by staff that there was never breakfast severed there..

The pool and gym are permanently closed,no ice buckets , no towels when I asked for them at front desk . Theres a lot of shady activity from guests . You can only come in and out the front door . People were fighting in the hallway at 12 o’clock at night for like 30 minutes .I called the front desk to send security up and they obliged .

The room I was in 312 was really nice and clean but the carpet in the hallway looks and smell like by have never been cleaned . The rates are very good or a week stay

From the questionable, working elevator, to the very uncomfortable beds, to the laughable excuse of a breakfast, "disappointing" about sums our brief stay at this location up. I imagine the pool would have been closed even if it hadn't been October based on the everything else.

The staff was friendly enough, AMC's Fear Fest was playing on cable TV, & the Wendy's across the highway had excellent service & decent fries. The parking was plentiful and the grounds seemed to be kept clean.

Room was nothing like the pictures show. Our room was very outdated, furniture badly scratched or broken. Beds were very uncomfortable and bowed in the middle. Towel racks in the bathroom were rusted and the toilet paper holder was missing. The walls and ceiling in the bathroom are badly repaired and the tub faucet leaked. It was good enough to sleep at, barely, but will not book with this hotel again.

Location was good for what we were in town for, staff was friendly.

Upgrade dining area. Replace carpets in the hallways they wear and out date. Remind of the movie The Shining. In the room lack comfort and inviting. No couch or lounging chair. The rocking chair was not comfortable to set in. The elevators the buttons didn't work. The vending machines were half empty. Not very much to choose from. Basically it was really ghetto and I didn't feel comfortable staying. my room had to be discounted do to my original room got trash by the previous persons and I had to wait for a room to become available. Not very happy with my stay

My room was okay other than an open can of beans left in a drawer from a previous guest. I noticed a weird smell and investigated and found the can in the drawer. The hotel is old and very unkept. The hallways, elevator, breakfast area are filthy. Looks like a skid row building.

Our room was canceled before we could check-in. My friend used one credit card to hold the room. She was going to use a different credit card when we checked in. The establishment ran the card that morning before we checked in and that card was declined therefore canceling the room and we was told the hotel was completely booked and norooms were available. So I went on booking.com and found a room at the same hotel that was apparently booked for the weekend. Paid for the room and came back an hour later and checked into our room. The hotel is in desperate need of a "complete renovation"

The mattress was comfortable, but the furniture, the room, the appliances, lamps need to be updated.The breakfast presentation can stand an upgrade as well.
