We never did get our extra towels or blankets. I had two rude staff members on the phone.

I liked how one of the drivers was kind and willing to help us multiple times. The room I got was big and spacious. The multiple pools gave us options. This room did have hot water. Most of the staff was friendly. Over all good vibes.

Bathroom was dirty. The bottom of the tub and the floor of the bathroom. Trash found in the fold out couch. Although other than what was listed above the room seemed clean.

There wasn’t a bar tender or waiter/waitress that checked on the visitors at the adult pool to see if they needed anything, drinks food etc

Room was warm at night. Parking was not ideal. Restaurant Pointe in Tyme the food was awful I would not try this restaurant while staying there. We had to send something back to have remade and it came back out the same way.

The Falls pool area. The pools located nearest the room were more enjoyable. It didnt feel nice enough to employ security but they had it anyway.

We had a nice room and a nice view. Still, they can't compete with the Peak. It is cheaper tho. The falls pool area was meh. I sliced my toe really bad in the pool right off the bat and the place needs a power wash.

Nothing really negative to say. The coffee maker in the room wasn't working right, but that was just a minor issue. There was quite a bit of noise at times from the pool areas and people walking by the room.

Liked the location in the hills and away from the central part of the city. The room was clean and comfortable. The whole resort area looked nice but we only stayed for 1.5 days so weren't able to take advantage of the pools, golf, etc.

There was confusion when we checked in where we were charged the wrong amount and it took a while to resolve it. And many of the facilities seem a bit dated and could us some sprucing up.

It is a remarkable property with units built into the hills, many of which with great views. They have a number of pools and other facilities to enjoy. Several good eating facilities as well.

The rooms do feel a bit older that you would expect for the price. But still great room, good space and comfortable.

Food menu was a bit small, there weren’t as many options as we would expect. Staff was amazing, extremely polite. Its an amazing place to stay! Thank you

I was not a fan of the paper thin toilet paper and sandpaper towels. I guess I was expecting a little more luxury with these items, given the fact of the nightly rate paid. The parking was also challenging and hard to see at night with no lighting around. My husband and I had dinner on our last night at the point of view restaurant and paid $51 a plate for a fatty ribeye steak and overcooked vegetables.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room had a wonderful view of the pool area and mountains. Bed was really comfortable. Pool area had plenty of lounge chairs and wasn't too crowded.

Booking.com misrepresents the rooms available at the property. We booked a king suite with a king bed, queen bed and pull out couch which doesn’t exist at this resort. The resort did what they could to accommodate our needs. The problem was with Booking.com

For the price tag and resort fees I expected at least some sort of complimentary breakfast - simple items nothing too extravagant. Maybe a discount on their buffet at least.

AC went bad 12:00 AM and we were asked to move to new a room and we declined due to the lateness of the hour and this hotel was very accommodating.

The lights were too bright in the bedroom and couldn't be dimmed as far as I could tell. Just a little love on the ambience would make it even better.

The resort feels like the kind of place you could stay for a week, and I'm not the kind of person who wants to stay at a resort for a week. We went in September and there was hardly anyone there (a plus in my book), so we had one of the pools practically to ourselves. You can call to get a ride in a golf cart anywhere you need to go on the property, and someone arrives almost immediately upon request. The room service is good, and they don't price gauge you. The breakfast buffet is also good! Also not over the top expensive. Everyone we encountered, minus one woman, was so incredibly warm and kind. I did not expect to love this place so much. Just stayed for one night as a stopover on our way north. Will definitely be back. Oh, and bed and pillows were super comfy, too.
