We checked in around 4, my family and I were getting ready to go to the water slides so it was about 4:30 when we got there about 5:45 they told everyone we had to be out by 6!!!! They were closing it down! Well we forgot to grab towels when we first came in so at the end I went up to the girl that was working I asked her for a few towels she told me no I don’t have any more! She was rude about it so my daughter’s boyfriend found some towels for my 4 year old and 10 year old. They don’t even have free coffee you have to buy coffee there too. The money we spend at a place like that at least offer free coffee and maybe stay open a little longer at the water park for families! We probably won’t be back there again.

    It was nice

They were doing construction 🚧 It was really noisy outside of our room and there was no parking.

The Waterpark was really nice and the hours to the pools are really good.

I disliked that we stayed there while going under renovations. They need more customer service rides, as the River Waterpark and the Spa are far to walk. I also didn't like that there weren't more restaurants available in the area. We had to drive out. Food at the Hole in the Wall Restaurant was pricey and the drinks at the bar were as well. River Park water was hot.

We enjoyed the room size and the beds were comfortable. Great towels. Staff was friendly and helpful. Historical vibe.

The water in the lazy river was pretty warm, could be dropped a few degrees. Rooms are starting to show their age. Would have been nice to know beforehand there was construction going on in the resort.

Good size room and resort fee seemed worth it with access to mini golf and the water park. Bed was comfortable and A/C in the room ice cold.

Some guest was "herbal smokers" but I will not hold that against the hotel for we all know people can be careless of others. Really not being a strictly hilton users it wasn't too bad. Just needs updating and for all the construction to be finished.

The room was spacious for a family of 3. Room was a little outdated, but clean. The room damped a lot of the outside noise. Loved the pool and lazy river. Staff was mostly friendly. Most guest were pleasantly and felt family friends. Would stay again in the future love the separation from the living area to the bed room. Also tv in the bed room and living room.

A lot was down/closed for maintenance/remodels. Was looking forward to a pool side bar but was closed. The main lobby entrance was blocked off and there were not a lot of signs to direct where to go. Looks like they’re in the process but rooms could be updated.

It had a fun lazy river and easy to relax.

The pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable. A microwave would have been nice to have in the rooms, couldn't warm up our leftover meals, or my grand baby's bottles.

The pools and lazy river are great, our waitress at the lazy river was awesome, the food was also pretty good. The rooms are clean and spacious.

You can tell it’s old. It’s in disrepute in places and definitely needs attention. The finer details are lost in the room as a result of the grandiose of the outside. Rooms are very basic for what you are paying. I’ve stayed in nicer Holiday Inn Express rooms. Also, you need to stop with the hidden fees when you get to the hotel. All Hilton properties seem to be notorious for this. And notoriously high hold fees. We are already paying an inflated rate for your premises. For this reason I probably wouldn’t be back.

The surroundings and the level of sophistication.

Booking.com said that we would have two bedrooms one king bed on queen bedroom. This was totally misrepresented by your site. Site specifically said one king bedroom and one queen bedroom. The property did not even have a two bedroom suite, this resulted in our stay costing double our original cost. This was totally as a result of booking.coms misrepresentation. The hotel said that this was a frequent problem with you booking site.

Price Old furniture ,carpet, tiles in room The room itself isnot worth the amount of money you spend per night

The location is very nice. And the resort is a Nice size. The pools are fantastic. The room is basic and not worth that money. Also the Furniture and files on the floor and the carpet is all old. And doesnot fit Hilton hotels. The breakfast is fantastic and the stuff is great from the hotel and from the breakfast. The hotel is overpriced but I booked it for the Pools. My kids loved it.

It could have been explained a bit better with the “resort” fees. And, if you have “breakfast included” with your stay, just keep inquiring why your room is charged. Everything adds up

We stayed here for the water park. It didn't disappoint. It was fabulous! It closed early one day because they weren't busy enough and not enough staff. So, we were bummed we missed out a bit. We loved the on-site restaurants, spa and numerous walks. You don't need to leave the property if you don't want to. It's all here

Initially the tv in the bedroom didn’t work at all and the tv in the living room was limited in what we could watch. After a day at the pool my grand kids needed something to help unwind. Luckily someone from corporate was able to get the tv in the bedroom replaced because the only other option was to pack up and move to another room.

Although it is an older property my grand kids enjoyed the pool, lazy river, and water slide.
