One of the beds sheets was stained. There was some mold in the shower.

It is an older property but very comfy. The location was nice. The ocean view was great. Parking was also great for us.

Should be provided extra bath and kitchen soaps. Vacuum cleaner doesn't work good. I tryed to vacuum the carpet and it just don't suck up the sand and dirt.

Large appartment with all amenities and with the ocean view is the best value.

The bath tub appeared to leak into the bedroom and the carpet was wet upon arrival. A huge industrial fan was left in the room to dry this which was not effective and not communicated to us before we arrived. The pool was not available due to replacement of the paving stones around it and the path to the beach was not available one day of 3 due to "the lock being broken by another guest". Also they have a very strict check out policy put in writing where they threaten to charge the guest $75 per hour for any check out later than their 10am check out time beginning at 10.01 am. This seems extremely strict and not very welcoming but may be effective for lingerers.

Location was central, property was right on the beach and the view from the balcony was pretty good to see the water. Walmart plaza and restaurants were very close (even within walking distance). The unit and rooms were spacious and well laid out. Parking was easy for access to room and communication with the staff was easy and responsive.

Absolutely beautiful, very clean unit adequately equipped, quiet, Amazing Ocean view , very spacious. All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly, helpful &accommodating. We’re already planning our next trip to Oceanique! Thank you for making our getaway so memorable 🙏🏼

The grill was less than desirable. We cooked on it for 2 nights and just about burnt the meat or the flames kept going out. The elevator being out was a little inconvenient. My husband had difficulty climbing to the 3rd floor but we made it work.

Great location for the beach. The pool area was nice and large to accommodate the crowd on windy beach days. The unit was clean and spacious.

Check out is 10 AM which put a rush on leaving. Most places are 11 AM.

Great location away from congestion and businesses. Unit had everything necessary for stay. Entire unit very clean. Ocean view from balcony.

Somewhat disappointed with the location of our condo/unit as it overlooked the pool which hindered our ocean view. It also lacked some privacy when we used the balcony as the pool area was very close. Also the bed (mattress) in the main bedroom was uncomfortable & caused a daily backache.

Very friendly staff & excellent location of the facility; easy access to the beach & very clean good-sized pool. Condo/unit was clean, spacious & very accommodating with large balcony. Liked having a laundry room in the unit, too. Overall facility isn't too big but isn't too small either.

The apartment needs an update. The beach had rocks and we were not able to enjoy it. The game room close early.

The view was beautiful. The apartment was spacious. The apartment complex was painted and clean and super relaxed.

Honestly, we had zero complaints!

We loved it all, especially how affordable it was for our family and the grandparents. The size of the condo was very spacious and up to date. The kitchen layout and granite countertops were a very, very nice update. We loved how there were beach and pools toys available to use as well as how easy it was to get to the beach. The property was very clean and well kept. The beach was beautiful with tons of shells. The BEST part was getting to see the momma sea turtles nest, and then young hatchlings emerge from their nests and make their way to the sea -both in one night!

Only drawback was game room closed too early

Loved the pool area and hot tub, easy access to beach, beautiful balcony view. The apartment was spacious and equipped with everything needed. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Easy access to shopping and restaurants
