No real staff around in the building. You have to go into the diner to check in. Not many amenities in the room. No coffee available in lobby. (There is no lobby!) You have to ask for a coffee maker for your room. But Starbucks is 2 min away.

Bathrooms were definitely needing and upgrade and some good scrubbing on the shower floor would be nice ! Diner was cool ,bathrooms need cleaning !!!

Entry was through the bathroom sink/microwave area. Most of the bathroom sink was occupied by the microwave. We had to get a coffeemaker from the receptionist in the diner next door. Very small useable space on bathroom counter. No closet - open clothes rack instead. Aisle on left side of bed was 16".

They didn't have it clearly marked where to check in, so I got soaked while trying to find where to go to check in. An outdoor sign near the diner would be great. Also, they cut our key cards off to both our rooms by 9 am. when check out was not until 11 am.

They were able to accommodate our family of 5, though we had to get 2 rooms.

A bit pricy given the kind of hotel. No breakfast. The toilet was clogged in our first room but they changed us very easily so no problem.

Solid rooms, basically very similar to other Baymonts. Comfortable beds, fairly soundproof rooms.

The lighting in the bathroom was dim. There were no Kleenex. On one side of the building, the Handicap parking spot was level, but on the other side of the building, it was slanted, making it difficult to unload the car and manage the luggage cart to keep it from rolling away. The check-in process was difficult because there was only one person doing it and that person also drove a shuttle van for railroad crews. There was no lobby to wait in, so you had to wait in your car and then walk back to the diner to see if that person was back. Or call the hotel number, and Ieave a message requesting a call when that person returned. Since I arrived later than I expected, it was starting to get dark, so I chose to leave voice mails, only to find out after 45 minutes that either the new phone system wasn't working or that person's phone wasn't working. It made for a long day.

It was quiet, the room was big, the bed was comfy.
