Clean. Parking was convenient. They honored our request for the ground floor. Starter pack was adequate. Proximity to Flagler Ave was convenient.

Expected a beach front property would have a view of ocean, and it did not. Very disappointing. Pool was only 3-4 feet deep. No washer/dryer in the unit, and never could find laundry facilities on the property. Others staying at the property were very noisy.

Right on the ocean with all the kitchen amenities you need!

Each unit on the second floor had their own individual staircase leading up to the door and balcony. The view from our room was wonderful as you could see the ocean. It was so nice to have a full kitchen in the unit. The unit was clean and I appreciated the supplies, such as the toiletries, dishwasher pods, dish soap, etc. that was provided until we could get to a store. This location was quiet, relaxed, and peaceful.

The check-in and check-out procedures were different, not in a good way, than anywhere I’ve stayed before. You have 1 hour in the evening to check-in (4-5 pm) and 1 hour in the morning to check-out (9-10 am) if you wish to do so in person. If you can’t make the check-in or check-out window you have to call this number and deal with a Dropbox. Kind of inconvenient for customers. There is no direct beach access from the condos. You had to walk out to the parking area the down a public staircase to access the beach. When booking the address given was actually the office where you check-in and the actual condos were down the road about 10 blocks. A little misleading as I thought we were staying a 2 minute walk from a couple of restaurants, which ended up not being the case. The pool was small with a max depth of 4 feet. Refrigerator was a little loud.

While the pictures of the resort are accurate, you most likely will not have a view of the beach. In fact, we were on the first floor and could not open our curtains/shades because of staircases/walkways directly in front of our unit. I was disappointed as I prefer to sit outside with a view.

Beautiful property and room. Very spacious and well maintained. Location was perfect. Close to shops, food, stores. My family's new favorite spot!

I can say only good things about this place. Apartments are really great, very comfy and specious, well equipped. The staff is very nice and helpful. The pool is great. You can also make it to all the parks and attractions around in no time. There are grocery stores and Panera in walking distance.

Could have a bigger pool, and hot tub. The water pressure in the showers could be better. Need comforter blankets for the beds, 2 flat sheets and a thin blanket doesn’t keep you that warm when you got the air and ceiling fan on at night especially after swimming or beach and taking a shower after.

Nice place overall my wife loved the warm pool. Really close to the beach (side view of beach but good one, you can see 80% of the beach. Close to everything restaurant style and nice beach ocean front, not crowded not a lot of traffic

Couch wouldn’t pull out right (they DID send maintenance but I told them I wasn’t concerned we managed fine 😊) the pool was really warm/hot it may have pumped some of the same water from hot tub bc the hot tub was really hot (hot outside it makes it hotter I know but it was extreme) some might like it that way. Nobody got in it the whole week we were there but us. 😬 loved the place over all this was slight issues for some in a big group my wife loved the warm pool (never seen her get in one before)

The location of the apartment and the building. The staff was rude and condescending.

Great location, good facilities, amazing structure

It would be important to give more clarity about specific location when booking. Had to arrive very late at a spot where I was directed to another place a couple of miles away, had to call a different uber :(
