United StatesHopefully, it was the middle of updating or remodel. Because it didn't have enough lighting, there was no table to put any stuff on except for a very small under tv.. The bathroom saint was clogged up the whole time. There was nobody there on a monday to fix it.. There was no place to put clothes dirty R. Clean. The windows were filthy. But for the price It was stable, hopefully there's improvements if I come back there was no mini fridge or microwave, like I don't expect 5 star resort. For the price. Thank you for up, allowing me to give input.

United StatesThe first room we were in the bathroom light didn’t work. We were told someone couldn’t come until the next day. After I pushed they decided to offer a new room for us. When we got into the new room it didn’t have a fridge for us.
It was cheap and right next to the beach and Waffle House, most of the staff was friendly.

United StatesWe requested handicap accessible. Lady at desk told my husband they had no rooms available on first floor. My husband is disabled and struggled on those steps. There were plenty of open rooms on the first floor! Then she told my husband that she would have to charge him $20 more dollars BUT if he gave them a 5 star review in front of her she would "waive" the additional $20. Housekeeping saw me leaving the room and stated, " I hope you're happy, I had to clean that room for you!"

United StatesCheck in paperwork was covered with a large black area . Desk clerk should be wearing a mask with her cough . The Toilet did not flush properly.. microwave was dirty upon arrival. The pool did not open until after 10 AM.. the toilet paper dispenser was broken. The shower curtain is too small. I requested a fan if there was no ceiling fans, I was not informed that there were no ceiling fans nor was I informed that the hotel would not provide one. The grass needs to be cut ,in some areas it was a foot high I know because we measured it. The steps safety paint should be updated. This would increase the safety and security while using the steps.

United StatesThe room i was supposed to get was not ready and we were given a different room which the door had a big crack in it andyou could see the outside thru it. Also the fire alarm was not operating cause it did not have a battery in it. There was no refrigerator in the room. The lights from the waffle house lit up the entire room even with the curtains closed. And I'm handicapped and I had to walk around the building to get to the back of building. Was not a pleasant stay at all. Would not recommend.

United StatesThey placed me in a room that was on the far side of the hotel away from pool as well as parking! I had to carry my luggage upstairs. Once I got to the room the remote would not turn up the volume to the tv. Second time that I have stayed at this hotel that I had issues with the remote. The baseboard was broken coming off the wall in the bathroom.
Location is always good and price is great for the location.

It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and was literally right on the strip of Cocoa Beach. Right next to Waffle house and many more eateries and stores including Ron Jon Surf Shop.
