Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe room we stayed in, the bathtub drain was very slow. We informed the staff, but the hotel was completely booked, so they didn't have time to fix it before we left. That is not always the case, just this once.
Love the hotel. We try to stay at Moody when we go to Galveston. It is a little off the main strip, so we don't have to listen to traffic going by. The staff is always amazing and very helpful with local hidden gems. There is vallet parking, so I don't have to try to find a parking spot, and when I call for my car, it is always cool when we get in.

United StatesThe staff member who checked us in was not very welcoming. She was very serious and didn’t seem to care to chat at all. We asked for some recommendations as we’re not familiar with the area and she basically just pointed to a paper. I was looking for some personal feedback but she wasn’t interested at all. There wasn’t anyone behind us either so it’s not like she needed to rush us out. It was very dead when we stayed. The lady who worked the next morning seemed much more pleasant. She said hello and asked us how our morning was so that made up for my bad customer service experience.
Loved the rooms. The location and view were great. We really loved exploring the facility. They have so many ballrooms and really cool areas tucked in the hotel. Parking is across the street but seemed to be fairly safe with security on site. The pool was very nice. They had yard games and a little bouncer that my kids enjoyed.

The room was cleaand the food at Blossoms was fantastic. Room service was fast and even though the hotel was full the elevators were fast. The customer service overall from check I n to checkout was so great.

I loved all of the amenities on the property. The fact that there was a restaurant a Lobby Bar the option to get Starbucks a spa. It was all very convenient and in my opinion, very spacious and I loved that.
