A Great place to stay if you are looking for something a little different.

Could have really done with a pumped shower, rather than a lever any maybe a better option for fans, rather than the tiny battery operated ones in the room, seeing as it was extremely hot when we stayed.

For something different than the usual hotel options this is brilliant. I would choose the en-suite option if you could. We are not campers so it was all a bit different to us. Sunrise from the tent was brilliant. BBQ facilities and communal areas were brilliant. They really have thought of everything. I would definitely recommend this place as a place to stay. The staff were great. Bed was comfortable too.

There’s nothing really that I didn’t like about the property. The only complaint I had was that the screen door of my tent zipper did not work appropriately, but when I reported that they got someone on it right away other than that, everything was perfect.

This was an awesome experience. Truly, first class. The staff was exceedingly helpful. There were a lot of available perks in the reception area. For example, coffee, tea, and water were available (it was very hot.). We were given a wonderful tour of the reception area and given an explanation of how things worked around the camp. When we got to our own tents, they were awesome. The beds were the most comfortable. I had slept in in a long time. The towels provided were awesome. The showers excellent I was just very pleased with everything. It was like staying at a First class hotel.

It was a too expensive. It was a treat for us, but I normally would not have paid that much for lodging.

Location that was near three of our national parks.

You do hear highway noise but you are supplied earplugs. Our tent was close to the road but weren’t impacted by the noise.

For a camping experience it was great, well appointed tents, staff very accommodating & attentive,

The noise. Also we could smell the smoke of other tents fireplaces.

The location was next to an extremely busy highway, so it was noisy all night. The price was somewhat high for a night in a tent.

As many reviews state, very close to the highway so truck noise is quite loud throughout the night, bring ear plugs if a light sleeper. No real good options other than some grab and go items. Really need to go into Moab for dinner if you want something nice. Can’t keep food in your tent due naughty raccoon so they loan you a chiller bag to keep in your car. This worked fine.

Cool idea and the tents were beautifully appointed and comfortable. Good facilities with fire pits and grills available. Nice common area with microwave

No real food options for dinner or lunch…you need to drive 20 min to Moab for food each time which is a drag with the family, (at other under canvas locations they have a full restaurant in the lobby).

Loved the lobby and friendliness of staff. My kids adored all the cute activities/smores/watercolor painting/scavenger hunt! Neat experience but I left feeling a little silly paying this much for a tent (no bathroom, just basic tent -in Mount Rushmore they have bathrooms/showers in your tent). Great location, just if you’re used to camping like us, you’ll be wondering why you paid for this when it’s free and even more beautiful/remote down the street . But to each their own!

The highway noise did have a little impact on sleeping. I like that they have earplugs handy (and I did not use them, so that may be on me). I did not notice it except when all was quiet and trying to sleep. That being said, the experience was worth it and use the earplugs!

Staff was AMAZING! Best customer service I have experienced maybe ever. Always a smile and a helping hand! Facilities were clean, scenery was unbelievable. Bathroom in our tent was worth every penny. Loved the focus on sustainability. Perfect in every way, except the highway noise (see below).

We had paid extra to have a private bathroom in the tent, which would have been nice except when we arrived the water on the tap was boiling hot, so we asked staff to turn it down, only to have a freezing cold shower, asked staff to put warmer water but then again it was really really hot. Also once the hot water is activated it’s everywhere so you need to pick between brushing your teeth with hot water or shower with cold water. That was quite disappointing after a long day and extra cash.

The location was great and the tent very comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly.

The chargers left in the room did not charge our phones even when provided with a special link. The shower was freezing in the morning and sometimes we had to hold it the entire time we were showering. There should be an overhead in in the unit as it gets very hot during the day.

I really did love everything except the traffic noise and that's why I woudn't reccomend it, which makes me sad, as I would love to recommend it. It's also very pricey for such rustic accommodations. I mean, that's what I wanted, but it seems to me that rustic accommodations ought to cost a whole lot less than a 4 star hotel, but that's just my opinion. The staff was wonderful. I loved the pull chain shower in the room. The bed was amazingly comfortable. And wood burning driver was a life saver our first night there.

Unfortunately, it was extremely windy and we didn't get to enjoy as much of the outdoor activities as we would have liked. Totally uncontrollable though and the staff really made up for the weather by bringing the activities into the lobby, such as making s'mores and there was live music.

The staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful! The views were beautiful and a close drive to all of the parks, recreation and restaurants.

Little overpriced for what you get but if you like glamping like us, you'll be happy. It get very cold in the morning but depends on weather (our visit was end of March).

Beautiful night sky, great friedly stuff and facilities in the reception tent (hot water, espresso in the morning, snack to buy, microwave etc). We loved the fire inside our tent, very cosy.
