Air conditioner too loud! Rattles when turning on didn't sleep well.

The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. A new mattress would make my stay a 10!

The pools are well kept and always open. I loved experiencing sunrise in a hot bubbly pool. Apparently the only one to do so. The room was mostly soundproof and felt very safe. Plenty of hot water for a shower. Nice fridge with freezer area to chill my travel ice packs. Staff very kind.

The staff needs to be more sensitive to handicap issues. I called to make sure I could be close to the elevator. I was told my room was fixed and could not change. I asked how far was my room. Gloria said 6 rooms. I said ok. Got there I was 14 rooms down the hall. She could have switched me to a queen room 41 rooms available. I called for room service was told no. I will explained after 5 hour drive my legs were numb. Well she took the order.. I let her know I was flexible and could wait until closing if someone could run it. Called after closing and told nothing was done. No room service.. bad start to my stay. Rest of it was ok

Black feet from walking on the room carpet. Older furniture and not too clean.

I use this hotel every time I have an international flight to Los Angeles and then drive to Phoenix from there. My main reason is it is on the way and they have a couch in the room, so one of my two kids can use it for sleeping. The rooms are spacious and the staff are nice. We didn't have a chance to experience the pools.

The spa itself can use updating. It’s for mostly elders.

We did have our own hot tub on our house property.

The tub in the room was unfortunately very unclean, which was disappointing, because I wanted to take a bath the first night.

The resort is truly beautiful, and the hot springs exceeded expectations.

The interior of the accommodation is a bit old-fashioned.

It was decent for the price, and the best part was that the pool and spa were available 24 hours a day. It was really great for enjoying the spa with family and swimming in mineral water. Also, Joshua Tree National Park is nearby, making it a great time for stargazing at night.

Key cards not working properly, had to go to front desk twice. It was raining and there were puddles everywhere, maintenance could have come around to push the water down the drains. I’m older and almost slipped a couple of times. Also very hard to get in the shower, need more walk in showers

A lot of children running around, playing loud games, jumping near other guests and jumping into the hot tubs wasn't ideal for guests nor safe.

Room was clean and spacious and seems to have been updated. The hotel itself is dated but clean and welcoming. The pool options were nice, there were many children playing pool games very loudly and jumping around, near other guest which wasn't ideal. The restaurant was lovely and the staff was professional and friendly.

It was roomy and spacious. The only messed up thing was that some young lady came into our hotel room and knocked on our door. It was really strange. The water was nice I wanted to go in even if I was cold.

Well worn old hotel. Nice pools. Rooms and especially hallways were so worn - filthy hallway rugs. Time for an update.

Overall, the room was adequate and the price was right.

The room smelled like mildew and I requested new towels to swap out but housekeeping never came.

This time we stayed in the KING suite and the dining table and chairs were so flimsy and wobbly. It didn't hold any weight and couldn't the chairs. The resort had no towels. They told us to use our room towels and then get them replaced. so we took the towels we were getting dried in to get new ones and they tried to take those. How do we dry ourselves and take dry ones for the shower when we get in the room. It was very annoying having to do that during our stay. Also, we had a KAREN at the pool complaining about everything and everyone. The manager listened to her request and he made guests mad.

We love all the hot pool. This time we stay in the KING suite at it was big.

Little run down but rooms are large. No pool towels visible. It would be nice if there were children pools separate from adult pools. Nice birds singing in the morning. I liked the balcony.
