My cellphone didn't work inside the motel.

Breakfast was great. Sister in-law had a small problem. She went to make a waffle and had the mix all over the place. Was really funny. 😁

the location was great for us. our granddaughter was attending a STEM camp at Campbell University and It was a short drive from the hotel. Several good restaurants nearby. staff was very friendly and helpful

The room smelled so horrible , it was like dirty mildew water was saturated in the carpet. I’ve stayed here many times with comfort, but not in that room. I made a complaint at the desk with the manager and she said it was probably due to it being the room🤔 by the back door, - said someone would come check, NEVER HAPPENED. I was annoyed having to smell this for two whole days

The same as always. It works for me. Yogurt, tea and a choice of muffins. Counter area always clean and properly stacked😘

Noisy neighbourhood (large parking area at the back of the property). Very thin walls - could hear neighbours talk, disturbing noise from other bathrooms (upstairs and beside), dirty carpeted floors. Poor breakfast (at least for European standards).

The people in adjoining rooms were loud and slamming doors. And there was a strong marijuana smell. Room was clean and it was a convenient location for us and our dog.

Clean, nice, enough room for two people and to do work as needed. I would happily stay here again, and appreciate having something good this close to family when I come to visit.

The room smelled like old ar conditioning, which did not cool the room enough, pillows were not comfortable, elevator smelled like cigarette, and too much light came into the room even with the door and windows closed.

I've stayed here many times, but this was the first time I stayed in a smoking room on the third floor. Room 319 to be exact. That room is baaad. Shower was ok, but the sheets had stains and the rug was groce. The window seat was disgusting. All kinds of burn holes in it. I get it is a smoking room, but come on! Curtain was ripped. Even at the elevator, the wires were all showing. Desperately in need of a paint job. I should've asked for a refund, because there were no other rooms available. Fridge was groce too

The host at the counter that was there when we arrived was a very friendly person and welcomed us with a smile and when we told him the a/c wasn't working he moved myself and my daughter without hesitation to another room

The shower in my room was broken which was disappointing after a long day. There were also some cleanliness issues.. surfaces not cleaned thoroughly, questionable black stuff on ceiling in bathroom.

The location was convenient for my needs. Overall a nice stay.

1st room needed urgent remodeling. We changed rooms and it was better. Some furniture needed replacement. Dryer wouldn’t dry the clothes. Breakfast was basic and the same one for the 3 days we stayed and fruit was never restocked, same old bananas.

Staff was attentive and responsive. The roll-in shower for my mom was a plus. Rooms were clean.
