The breakfast area could have been restocked a bit more. There is no towel rack in the room so, we had to hang our towels on the door or the shower curtain rod. Other than that, it was great.

The room was clean. The furnishings were clean and updated. The whole facility was nice. The staff was nice.

The bathtub would fill up a little bit when I was showering, and the location of the hotel is pretty far away from things.

I like the comforting environment and super accessible staff members. The rooms were decent size for a solo traveler and the bathrooms were pretty.

We did not receive housekeeping daily, or additional supplies of coffee, or towels- had to ask for them.

Room was on the small side. You can hear traffic, but I'm used to it.

The toilet is a little too close to the vanity. Kept hitting my elbow on the vanity top. Breakfast , hard to believe but the eggs were tough. Only option for meet was the sausage patties which are too spicy. Would be nice to have bacon.

My only complaint...when we went to jump in the shower, there was only one bath towel. We were naked, so couldn't go get another. Used the hand towels and shared the one towel.

I think all the pillows were firm - but I, personally, would like ONE not quite so firm. The room and shower were very nice, except that I saw a couple of spiders in the bathroom when I got up to go to the bathroom. Ugh. The "breakfast" was very minimal - I had a bowl of cereal and some orange juice but I expected some scrambled eggs and bacon and maybe biscuits or muffins! There was NO "help" around when I was getting my breakfast - of course, there was not much need for help staff!

I liked the location - right off the highway that we were on! The air conditioning was nice and cool, the bed was comfortable, TV service very good. The staff was very friendly.

Hotel is still remodeling, and while the finished first floor very nice room where we stayed was great, you could hear the work going on above you during the night, the entry door area was somewhat messy with construction materials and the breakfast room was only partly operational/

The sink was backed up anytime you used it. Tv didn’t work at all, the a/c and heat worked but the buttons were broken and hard to push. Not the cleanest. And my key cards didn’t work half the time.

The hotel was close to the event we went to rooms were okay. Staff was friendly! Shower pressure was perfect!

Friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable beds. Not enogh plug ins. What plug ins we found were inconveniently located. We needed them to charge our phones. Nothing was by the night stand. Paint needed to be touched up. No hair dryer so I went to bed with wet hair. The kleenex box only had a few kleenex and no extra Kleenex box was left for our use when we were out. Both dead bolds on the door didn't work. The one yhat ypu fold over had a piece broke off so it didn’t work. The one that you turn the knob would not fit into the hole. So we slept with just the door locked. My husband talked to the gal working the next morning about the construction going on in the lobby and she said they were going to remodel all the rooms. I am sure it will be a big improvement and upgrade. We will stay again after remodel is done.
