Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

SingaporeDepending on where you're visiting in Yosemite, this is a 50 min - 1.5 hr drive away. The owner gave clear instructions on how to get to the place. She also left home baked bread for us. A cozy stay that felt more like a home than a hotel. Great for a peaceful rest after a long day out hiking!

SwedenWe stayed two nights and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Everything was just perfect – the accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the whole atmosphere was calm and welcoming. As many others have mentioned, the food was simply fantastic. Every meal was delicious, made with care and creativity – honestly some of the best we’ve had in a long time (order the picnic basket for your day in Yosemite, you won't regret it 😉). Daniella is the best host in the world – incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. She gave us great recommendations on what to see in the area and made sure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone. If you're visiting Yosemite, don’t miss it!

United StatesThe airconditioner is too loud so we didn’t really used it especially at night.
The host Daniela is super nice and kind. :) They kept the cabin so neat and well equipped. There’s coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. It’s also about 45mins drive to Yosemite National Park which is so convenient. We enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely come back!

NetherlandsWe’ve stayed in the tiny house. It was really great. Although it was very hot the a/c worked good. Also in the nighttime it’s really beautiful to sit outside and watch the stars. And the best thing was of course Daniela her home made Italian food. It was delicious!! The ride to Yosemite is also manageable. Keep up the good work Daniela, we’ll definitely come back some day.

United KingdomLoved how remote it was, the drive up there was like a dream for me coming from the uk and not having scenery like that. The place itself had everything I could ask for and from my porch I saw lizards, hares, hummingbirds and Pluto (or maybe Bluto) the neighbours dog that came and climbed all over me as I sat on the porch 😆 From the main house the sunset was stunning. The food was delicious too and very filling. I would recommend this place. You get an experience you would never get at a chain hotel.

The location was a dream, in the middle of an oasis of greenery. In the evening a sea of stars and the sound of crickets kept you company. Daniela, who is generous, full of energy, and great fun, is an amazing cook and every day we had a delicious breakfast and dinner out on the decking of our exquisite tiny house.

United KingdomA hidden Gem. The ranch is situated 30 minutes away from the Southern Entrance at Yosemite so convenient if you are visiting the National Park and away from the crowds. The ranch is situated in a wonderful and peaceful location with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. We stayed in the main building with 2 comfortable bedrooms and a large bathroom with a fantastic shower. The building was surrounded by a large veranda and we very much enjoyed spending time there, watching rabbits, squirrels and even a visiting deer family. Highlight of the day was sitting on the veranda, sipping wine and watching the sunset and the stars coming out. The accommodation, which also includes a very cute mini house, was run by the lovely Daniela. She was fantastic! Very friendly, informative and so welcoming . She is also an amazing cook - thanks for all the bruschetta! Before moving to USA, Daniela had her own bakery in Italy and we were fortunate to be able to enjoy her gorgeous dinners and puddings. We ended up having dinner on the veranda every night! I can not recommend this place enough!
