I am disappointed I wasn’t even aware of the the resort provided breakfast. I’m going to have to try next time I visit.

Only a few thing mabe have some food, drink be amenities. And a pool afterhours for adults only but the resort is amazing either way just way to make More enjoyable .

The different activities provided to enjoy the resort. Room was comfortable and there was a fast response from staff when we needed assistance. If it was more blankets, a ride through the property or assistance on getting the PlayStation set up in our room.

Water slide was not usable, didn’t have evening reservations for pickleball and ice maker was not functional in the pool area.

    Pool was nice

2 large roaches in my room, manager stated that they go inside to escape the heat, “no need to worry they are not the little roaches that multiply” I was then told engineering would be over to spray a “safe spray” and someone would be over to empty trash to prevent bugs. Someone came to flush the roaches in the toilet said they could not do anything more than that and left. No one ever came to take out the trash. They only provide two pool towels at the start of your stay, if you ask for new towels they treat you like you’ve asked for their first born. I have never experienced such difficulty requesting for clean pool towels after I was handed the two clean towels I was told I could be charged for them.

The suite was beautiful. We had a beautiful view from our balcony. The facilities were clean and easy to access. Staff were friendly.

    A little pricey.

Realized no kitchen in suite. Cancelled only a few hours after deadline and still got charged a significant fee. Room description not accurate.

The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The pools are beautiful and well-maintained, offering a relaxing spot for both adults and kids. I was especially impressed by the food and beverage selection—plenty of delicious options for all tastes. The gym is well-equipped, clean, and never too crowded. The kids’ area is a standout, with a great variety of fun and engaging activities that kept the little ones happy and entertained. On top of it all, the overall value is excellent—you really get a lot for what you pay. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

The room was spacious and comfortable, though I did notice some stains on the carpet, which was the only downside. That said, the rest of the property is very well maintained, and everything else exceeded expectations.

    Friendly staff

The pool at snakebites was overcrowded and parking at the 4200 building had no parking for 2 of our 3 days! Paying $25 should allow for parking for all paying guests!
