Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesOur young adult kids would have preferred and outdoor pool, but there was an indoor pool with lounge chairs both inside and outside.
The condos were clean, spacious and attractive. We felt at home there. The kitchen was equipped with all the pots, pans, and tableware to cook your own meal. Our unit also had its own washer and drier which was very convenient. We would definitely stay again if we visited the area again.

United StatesWe were in building B and usually building A And building B is for Saturdays and building C is for Fridays and we came in on Friday thinking we were going to be in building C and we were put in building B . We had friends in build C and if we wanted to all hang out we had to walk across to each other’s building . Capital vacations was telling people they didn’t have anything available until the last minute our friends down there wasn’t happy either because they told them the same thing . And there was a few open in building C The whole week we were there .
I like having the pool area there an everybody was nice and I like the grills s you can cook out. And we got to see the Bears.

United StatesThe bed sheets and top blankets were not comfortable. Bathroom layout because the toilet was too close to the wall. We only received a started pack of needed items, including dish washing detergent. It would have been helpful to know that ahead of time, so we could bring some from home. The entrance was in a curve, but they did have a mirror to see traffic when pulling out.
The size of the condo was great, and we enjoyed the large spa tub. The mattress was comfortable. The view was beautiful and there was nice outdoor furniture to sit and enjoy it. The pool and hot tub were nice. The front desk staff was very nice and shared interesting information about the bears in the area. It was nice to have access to a grill.

United StatesThe bed was a little bit uncomfortable even though it was nice looking and very clean. Of course this happens often when I sleep away from home.
I really love that this place was on the road to Ober but not too far up. There were a few steep corners but not nearly as much as if we had gotten a cabin further up the mountain. If we wanted more privacy we obviously would have gotten a cabin but this was a last minute trip. The cabins were a lot more expensive. This place was great... it has a gym, a dry sauna, a heated pool, easy access to everything, a game room and towel exchange. The staff were available every time we needed them. We did get snow and the staff had salted. There was only one bear sighting in the evening. From our experience on the mountain, there are a few bears that make their rounds from the bottom of the mountain to the top and vice versa. They check around the garbage areas and then walk around to see if anyone left any food out. They are more like huge skittish dogs than bears at this point. Nonetheless they are beautiful Fierce and should still be respected, and a bit feared. I love that we were able to go into town and yet still come back to the room within 10 minutes if we wanted to leave for lunch or something. I would definitely stay here again. We were in Building C. Our cabinets were outdated but the jacuzzi was awesome. We had a lovely propane fireplace and the view of the snow covered mountains out the balcony was exactly what we came for

United StatesThe pictures on the website matched what we got in our room. I’ve added photos of the plates, pans, and some utensils so you know what to expect. There was also a coffee maker, can opener, toaster, blender, and some baking pans that weren’t pictured. We brought our own pans because they didn’t specify, and I’m glad we did—the one at the property was pretty scratched up. Make sure to pack or buy essentials like extra paper towels, TP, trash bags, and soaps, as they only provide a small amount. And they do not replenish those items. The beds were comfortable, though stained. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and stained. The living room was big enough for a twin/queen-size blow-up mattress. I’d recommend bringing one to make it more comfortable and still have the couch for sitting. You can get fresh towels daily from 9-11 am, and the staff is very nice. We stayed in Unit B, which didn’t have a view. There are two washers and dryers in Unit C for everyone to use, which is a short walk from our building. It’s free to wash clothes, and there’s a machine for soap, but it can get busy. The laundry room is open 24 hours, which is helpful. The game room has a pool table, darts, a ping pong table, and a small area for kids. We didn’t use it because we had other activities planned. We also didn’t use the pool, but it’s smaller than it looks online. The drive up was scenic, and the staff was friendly and answered all our questions. If we could choose our unit, we might stay again, but since that’s not guaranteed, we probably won’t.

United StatesThe dishwasher would not close or turn on. We spent entirely too much time and effort trying to make it work. The twin beds were horrible. They made so much noise and were so hard! My 6 year old said it smelled like vomit when she got into her bed. The bedrooms were so drafty.. it was freezing at night in both bedrooms and we could never get them warmed up and did not have enough blankets to keep warm.
Location is great. We usually love staying at Laurel Point. However, we were in a different building than usual and things were not the same as we are used to.

LithuaniaNext day after we made a reservation a polite lady called and let us know that the apartment was ready for us. We were pleased, but the lady completely forgot to tell us that we have to move to a different block in a few days. For us that was completely unacceptable as we were traveling with 1yo baby and amount of stuff we had to carry was just too much. Next day when the office was open I explained the the situation to the office stuff, but they didn't want to hears us. "The transfer can not be helped!" and if I refuse to move they would call the cops!!! After few days they managed to do something and we stayed at the same apartment. At least that problem was solved. Other cons: - 2 days WiFi was down for entire resort and nobody was able to help with that; - The staff is helpless and rude; - The office works till 5:00 p.m. only. If something happens, no one is there to help you. - the emergency line is a corporate line where: " your call is very important for us, please hold" - The exercise room is very bad. The equipment is very old, it is loud, noisy and not working properly. - WIFI is very bad: slow and unstable,

United StatesI didn't like that we had to check out at a moments notice because the staff said they never received our request to stay 2 extra days. We requested the 2 extra days the same day we booked, which was a week before our stay. We requested a crib, and it didn't show up til the last night of our stay. They said messages never come through. Since they know the messages don't come through, they should do something about it.
I loved spacious room and great view.

United StatesI hate that you have to call capital to book a room because they tell you that they don’t have anything then i get on booking.com and they have one on booking.com. We get there and I see all kinds of rooms empty. That’s how it was last year. This year it was the same thing told they didn’t have anything . So I got on booking.com and got a room through Laurel point . Our friends always come down there the same week we do and they told me that they had rooms available, but I couldn’t get there that same week Because I was told there wasn’t anything available .
I like that they have an indoor swimming pool and the staff was very nice
