As always the property met expectations. It's still in need of serious remodeling, but you have everything you need. Not new, but not bad.

Nothing over priced, ask for a king size bed got a double. Sheets, carpet, bathroom were a dirty it was supposed to nonsmoking but you could smell smoke

The place was a dump.

I booked a non smoking room and when we got there( we arrived late because we traveled 12 hours to vegas and the room stunk like an old smoking room

Half of the lights didn't work and the room was dirty

It was one of the cheapest price off of the las vegas strip

there were no sheets on the pull out bed and there were no blanket on none of the beds and it was very uncomfortable. For check-in no one was at the check-in desk. The carpet needed better cleaning.

Your rooms need to be updated the shower 🚿 head was broken spraying water other roof .

I suppose when you rent many rooms to the various denizens that mostly live on the street it takes a toll on the staff who really do not seem very happy to be there or to see guests. I often found myself thinking, "This place falls in the hospitality industry? I don't think they even know what 'hospitality' is!" I ran a hotel for Wyndham Corporation in Robinson, Texas, and had to deal with very upset customers who had encountered the family that bought the franchise rights but would not comply with corporation standards. One thing I know for certain is to never be inhospitable to your guests because the offense taken is irreparable. But the days of being decent to each other in the USA are coming to an end it seems. Buyer beware? Buyer better watch his ass! Some merchants are looking to simply take your money for as little effort as possible and be done with you...but they still enjoy your money and if they could they would put it up for the night without you!

Was a little bit pricey, wasn't very happy with the biscuits and gravy, service was good

Biscuits cooked through, and I felt the gravy was too floury

Affordable and friendly staff

It was very affordable, the remodeled rooms with hardwood flooring are great, smooth check in, convenient casino access & great food. The staff is very friendly & security is on it.

The rooms that haven't been remodeled have carpet that needs to be replaced or at least shampooed, the housekeeping needs improvement, the a/c units could use an update to cool the 2nd room, & there are quite a few fixtures in the rooms that need to be reattached or secured like vents, towel racks, doorknobs, etc. The landscape outside definitely needs attention it is a major eyesore.

The staff member that helped me at check was amazing so kind and helpful.

The room was dirty, I prepaid for the room and booking .Com said I only had to pay 33 when I arrived at the hotel. Which was not true at all I was asked to pay 134 after already paying 59.00 for the room . The room was dirty ,no blankets on the beds , the fire alwam was hanging off the ceiling , there was junkie drug addicts all over the property. People where outside fighting screaming obscenities. Definitely didn't feel safe there had to push a table infront of out door to try and get some sleep. Don't think we will ever stay there again completely unsatisfied with the room and grounds , only good thing about the hotel was the kind staff member at the check in ...
