The property itself was very great. However, the staff could’ve been a little better at customer service. I came in to check in but they were taking care of another customer. However, there were multiple people at the front desk, and none of them said a single thing to me, until I asked one of them if they could check me in, they said I had to wait for the one that was dealing with the other customer. Then, later in the evening, I asked someone at the front desk the times for the pool, and where the indoor pool was located. At first, he acted like he didn’t even know himself, or maybe was bothered that I even asked. Guess I should’ve just read on the walls myself to figure it out.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The indoor heated pool was a 10/10, very warm but I love warm water. The outdoor pool probably would’ve been great too during the day, however, I wasn’t able to enjoy.

The staff is not attentive. There is one gentleman at the front desk who seems like a nice guy but the rest of them are just lazy. I was never able to call the front desk and get a person. I had to walk to the lobby every time. I told them about a wasps nest in the playground and no one did anything until later in the day when I spoke to them again and other parents complained. We were told to get out of the pool to get a wristband that we had to have one but then no one else had one. There is one woman who is always on her cell phone and not very approachable. The man working at the Starbucks counter was having loud phone conversations with someone on FaceTime. All around the staff is just not professional.

It’s in a good spot. Parking is decent. The pool area is very nice and the beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. I like the pool rooms and the doors that open up right to the pool.

The air conditioner was making weird noises all night like the fan motor was going bad and the shower curtain rod was falling down. If it wasn’t for me having back surgery two weeks ago I would’ve went back to the desk and requested another room.

The indoor pool required advance booking even though no one was using it. There is no microwave in the room, that’s ridiculous. The booking site said that this property included breakfast but when we got there, we were told it was breakfast available. For the price, that was stupid.

The water temperature from our shower kept running steaming hot water for a long time before it went back to it normal temperature.

The indoor and outdoor pool, along with the playground for my toddler and all access to the shopping center which was a great location near our family stay.

It was nice. This isn’t my first time staying. It’s always busy because it’s a convention center. They have a Starbucks two pools. It was good!

Number of washcloths did not match number of towels - 1 washcloth, 4 towels. We booked two nites thru you but had a conference to attend in the following two days that was paid for by organization that I belong to.

We had stayed in this same room during our last trip to Lancaster (coincidence?) We thought that the elevator being against one of our walls would bother us, but never heard it.

We were disappointed that the bar and food/coffee station was closed during our stay. It was closed when we arrived around 8/8:30 at night. In the morning we went looking for a quick bite to eat before packing up and nothing was open. There was brewed coffee available in the lobbby but it was from the night before and was cold.

The Pool was great. It was heated, it was large enough for the kids to play and have fun and was open late enough that we could enjoy it after we got back from dinner and visiting the area. We were very pleased with the pool

For the amount that I paid, I should not have had to wait 45 minutes in line to check in. Especially since you stress not coming before 4 pm on a Friday. There should be a mirror with lights, with a counter outside of the bathroom. Mirror fogged so much in the bathroom.

The facilities were nice and convenient to where we needed to be. The service in the bar and lounge area was absolutely horrible! We had waited at a table and then stood at the bar almost 20 minutes and there was literally no one around! We saw the manger, I’m assuming, say to an employee who was sitting at one of the tables “you need to look after the bar”. The employee stood up and disappeared, to only reappear like 10 minutes later. Meanwhile, many people standing around waiting for service. We ended up leaving and going across the street for food and drinks.

The hallway smelled like trash because someone left a leaking bag of garbage by the ice machine. I told the front desk, but it still smelled the next morning and the trash bag was still there. Luckily the room smelled ok.
