Concerning my recent occupancy of room 125, I submit the following observations for your review: 1. Visible indications of black mold were present on the bathroom ceiling, in proximity to the ventilation fan. 2. The provided pillows were of a substandard quality, characterized by both firmness and unevenness. 3. To ensure optimal comfort, maintaining a room temperature of 65° is recommended, along with appropriate attire. Furthermore, it is advised that the curtain bottoms be secured within the ledge to prevent obstruction of the air conditioning unit. 4. The remote control lacked accompanying operational instructions. 5. The bedside clock was found to be 30 minutes behind; the microwave clock can serve as a reference. These points represent a collection of suggestions and areas identified for potential enhancement.

The staff's performance was commendable. I would consider a future stay.

The property could use some updating. The breakfast was mediocre (eggs were terrible, ham wasn't much better). The shower squealed the entire time the water was on - I'm not sure if there is a cure for that or not.

No bar of soap. Had to use shampoo to wash hands and shower with. No tissues had to use toilet paper instead. The hall smelled bad. The continental breakfast was OK but definitely not as good as it should be for what we paid to stay there.

Inside was in need of a deep cleaning. Was not informed of the FEMA situation with the hotel. Don’t have a problem with it but a little communication would have been nice. Would be nice to get my points for the 4 night stay on my rewards.

I checked in a room for 2 people. My wife kuzzin came up to room wit me we was only in dere 10 minutes and desk called saying it was only supposed to be 2 people on .. it's 430 in afternoon clearly it wasn't bed time... So I didn't like dat at all and I would not be staying. And if course my wife s family left . She wasn't staying anyway made everyone fell uncomfortable😡

I stayed 3 nights, my room was only cleaned once. I didn't like the fact that I had to pay extra for a room that had a small refrigerator and microwave..I guess people who don't what those are happy they get the opportunity to pay less. Breakfast wasn't replenished regularly. I wish I would have taken pictures but I will in the future!!

Friendly staff, my room was close to elevator...that was appreciated bc I am a senior citizen, there were lots of people but my floor was not noisy. They provided coffee 24/7

The property needs a refurb. Everything is beat up and old, but great people, good location, and good price. While it is beat up, it is clean and the staff is attentive. It just needs paint and some care.

Breakfast was fine, but when they ran out of something, they did not seem to replace it unless asked. WiFi is strong. Very close to restaurants, convenience stores, gas, and the Tigers stadium

The room smelled slightly of mildew, like there was a water leak at some point. Water pressure was not the best. The room was not very up to date, but served its purpose for our weekend stay and we would stay again.

The location in proximity to the highway was great. It is easy to get into and out of. The staff were all extremely kind and helpful. Rooms were quiet and did not hear other guests. Continental breakfast was included and perfect for our toddlers first thing in the morning.
