Extra cleaning staff is needed when your hotel is almost fully booked. The people staying there for a long period (I assume)time were loud and didn't clean up after themselves, kids running the hallway, taking the elevators for rides, breaking things, and using up all the towels. This is not La Quinta fault. It is people not knowing how to be respectful.

The location works well for us. We visit OKC once every three or four months. We like to stay at LA Quinta. The staff is awesome.

They need to have a tv guide. Also an informational sheet with check in and out time, breakfast time, pool hours etc. Front desk staff when checking out could be friendlier. She asked if everything was ok on our stay, when I told her, she just shrugged it off. (litterally shrugged and said nothing) She could of had a better response by saying I'm sorry about the dogs barking and startled you in the night and we will definitely check in to the cleanliness of the room. I'm not against having dogs (it was hot and I would not want them outside) but I think if you are right by them, you should be made aware as it startled me out of my sleep. Also the floor in our room was not cleaned. Sorry but I I used a towel and cleaned it.. Rest of the room was very nice and was clean.

Good location for us. Close to stores and places to eat. Cleaning and breakfast staff were friendly. Excellent breakfast meal with a variety to choose from. Comfortable bed, a little high to get into, but comfortable once you are in.

NO TV GUIDES! The guide button on the remotes did not work to show the guide channels. We could not find the western channel😉😅 Beds are very comfortable once you get in them but they are a bit too high for older, short people.

The front desk (blondish hair young man)was very nice. I wish I would of got his name. He was so friendly. He smiled and was very welcoming😊 Seemed to really enjoy his job. The breakfast food here is excellent! Nice variety! Room was nice and clean. Close to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again due to front desk staff being so welcoming. It was an enjoyable stay😊

The pool was so heavily and over chlorinated I couldn’t get in. The chlorine assaults the eyes and breath on entering and people swimming said it had already changed their hair color. I didn’t bother getting in which was disappointing since one of the reasons I booked it was for the indoor pool. They need to educate whoever is cleaning the pool

The bathtub was not comfortable due to the straight back rest. The other thing was that we had a connecting room with a stranger so we could hear every little thing from their room.

The staff was super friendly! It offered a wonderful breakfast! The pool was working and not too cold. Would recommend to anyone! Great location as well!

I didn't like how my room blankets weren't clean. They also had nasty stains on the sheets. Floors weren't very clean in my room either. Not worth the expensive prices so I most likely won't be back.

The room keys were very temperamental. The person at checkin seemed to have some problems with the room card machine as well. The breakfast was underwhelming.

Everything was a bit dated, but generally clean. The pool area was nice, and parking was included.

There was not anything that I did not like during my stay.

I was pleased with my stay. I did not have any of the breakfast, but it smelled good. Coffee was good. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful.

The heater kept blowing cold. Had to turn it close to 80 to stay warm. Sink wasn’t in the bathroom to wash hands.
