This was my second time one my deposits were not refunded the first time the never fixed the bathroom sink the total 12 days and they lied about fixing it each day the second stay the tv never worked right they promised to fix and never did 4 days in arrow and bathroom door never would close the quality of Remodle work sucks

Location, I ordered a king size bed but got two separate bed. The place had a new fresh paint smell.

The room really wasn't cleaned well. There was a pile of dead flies behind the bed, the air conditioner has had something spilled all over the front of it, the shower still had the previous person's hair in it. It was in need of a deep clean and not just a quick turnover clean.

Customer service was good. Employees behind the counter were very nice and friendly.

They refused to honor the price quoted by booking. Com dispute having a confirmation # and email from you! They say they serve breakfast and are pet friendly neither is true. They charged a $135 security deposit TWICE to the wrong card and when I told them about it they said that's just how the system works and I'd get it back in 5 days!! No warning. Also tried to charge for a service dog and were obviously dangerously unaware of the Americans with disabilities act and what they can and cannot ask related to a service dog. I'm surprised they haven't been sued TBH

the shower would fill up to your ankles, and it stated that breakfast was included, which is why we went with them and they had a pool. Breakfast was coffee and juice that they were out of, and the pool was closed. the website said it was closed in 2023 until 2023. one of the beds had stains on the sheets.

the rooms had no bugs and were almost pretty clean. it was right off the freeway. Beds were comfy to me.

The room needs some major refurbishments-especially for that price. The main light switch (when entering the room) didn’t work.And they still took a $100 from my bank account as a security deposit. Now I have to constantly remember to check my balance to see if the funds were actually refunded onto my account. Plus given the condition of the room and the bathroom that’s an insult. Also I chose this property because breakfast was included, but that was a bunch bs, it was not offered. The receptionist claimed the property was recently acquired. If that’s the case then the new owners would have been obligated to take over

Breakfast was not offered although advertised on the website, my tub was filthy with hair and a ring of dirt around the inside. The sink didn't work properly so the drainage was extremely slow. The pool wasn't available. Unsure of how long they've been in business at this location and perhaps they're trying to gain footing so I try to have some understanding but unfortunately it didn't work for me and I had to eat the cost and checked out

The gentleman that checked me in was kind and professional. He tried to be as cheerful as possible in spite of my clear disappointment.

I didn’t like that they advertised the pool, but when we went to go swimming, the pool didn’t look like it had been intended to in a few years. There was green water inside the pool with a tarp over it and a log floating inside the pool. they were slow to bring us extra blankets and pillows. They tried giving us a double room when I booked a suite.

1st room had sheets that appeared to be dirty, broken door lock, only 1 hanger, no luggage rack. Switched to a 2nd room, which was better overall, but had no toilet paper.

the mini fridge was a bit dirty on the inside. we had a huge puddle in our room and we couldn't find the source we just cleaned it up and left it alone. some things were a bit dirty and the toilet paper seemed like it was wet and let to dry on its own. also our room door key wasn't working we had to go get a new one it was a bit frustrating only because we were in a rush.

I liked that I was able to check in early it was $50 extra but a lot of places wouldn't allow it. the microwave and mini fridge were also a plus.

It was dirty, it said there was breakfast and all they had was apples, tiny muffin and coffee. It looks rundown, the shower had a used bar soap. The tub was filthy, the lamps in the room were not working. The towels smelled dirty. It was very loud, I could hear everything from the room right behind me. There was a door connected to that room. I didn't feel safe or comfortable. I don't think anyone came to check on the lamps that were out.

The only thing I liked was the nice lady at the front desk. She was friendly and had to deal with the issues at this place. It was pretty cold while I was there and they had a good heater. They had extra blankets already in the room

The location was kind of sketchy. The sink clogged when you ran the water too long. There was a hole in the closet door. The TV and microwave couldn't be ran at the same time. The hair dryer didn't work. The shower leaked. One of the plug ins didn't work at all. The room was dark because the light was plugged into the plug in that didn't work. It is under renovations so maybe it will be better.

The rooms were dirty the parking lot had nails and screws all over it. Homeless sleeping in the lot. No breakfast the smoke detectors were cherping and they would not fix them even after we asked multiple times
