Showers are a little tight and very dark. Overall lighting inside the room and especially the bathroom was dark.

Love the historical vibe. It could use a little more attention to detail. Ice machine would be nice.

We had a bathroom issue where it flooded but the agent was really quick to reply and was on the case. We didn’t need sorting out because we were leaving that morning anyway but that morning.

Really cute place and great location to access joshua tree. It’s close to shops and the local bar is walking distance.

When we arrived, the shower rug was damp. The convention oven seemed like it had been washed a long time ago, and there was no microwave.

I loved the location and exterior/interiors of the rooms. It is very cozy and authentic looking. It has showers and towels

Sparse kitchen ware. No t.v. Or hair blower.

We were surprised how close to the Joshua Tree National Park entrance the Ranch House was. Also to many speciality shops, restaurants etc.. The Ranch House is a very economical motel. We liked its location, The ranch (barn) look was great. Perfect get a way and very peaceful. When I saw there was a kitchenette when booking I was surprised there was no stove or microwave but does have toaster oven and coffeemaker. Winco coffee, no creamer. No t.v., hair blower or iron. Alyssa the property manager is a delight and will go out of her way to make your stay as great as it can be. We would stay again. If you plan to use the propane bbq bring the extras like steak knives, spices, serving plate and things like that. Real nice patio area by bbq.
