Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesHotel is not appealing and very dingy. Room old and bathroom dirty. Bathroom /shower very dirty. Did not want to step in. TV had two remotes could not figure out how to work. Elevator broken, pool green, parking lot had homeless people in their cars. Never again.

United StatesThe luggage rack was broken in the room and had not been cleaned underneath there was a lot of dirt/dust. Breakfast was a little disappointing - They did not provide drinking water, asked to pay $2 per bottle, and no toast with the hard boiled eggs, only 1 kind of sugar fille cereal (Froot Loops) -
The bed was clean and towels were clean- really appreciated that the flooring was hard surface and not carpet. Liked that they had a microwave and refrigerator in the room. TV seemed to be newer. Staff was very kind and helpful with a great demeanor.

United StatesThe room was not cleaned! The restroom sink was falling apart, and the toilet/shower area was disgusting! The tub kept getting clogged and there was a hole on the side that kept leaking water.
The room smelled clean, but was not. The beds were decent, but the pillows were not. The "breakfast" consisted of cereal, instant oatmeal, bananas, cuties and toast.

United StatesThe room was dark and uninviting. Someone was playing loud music in a neighboring room or perhaps the pool area. It definitely wasn't worth the almost $1500 I was charged! However, I do know all rooms in this area were probably beyond expensive because of Stagecoach.
I'm happy the AC worked very well. The room looked clean but was very outdated. The kitchenette area was a bonus. All the staff were friendly and nice.

United States-the price was expensive (coachella weekend, so obviously upped the price for it. definitely not worthy of $500 a night). -lamps didn’t have on or off switch so they were unplugged. - floor was so dirty, blackened our feet.
-great location and staff was attentive, friendly and helped with the few accommodations we asked for (extra plastic bags, replace key card, etc)

United StatesThe quality of the hotel is not worth $350 a night. I guess that happened because of the demand for rooms in that area since there a big tennis tournament event on going at Indian Wells. To be honest, on a regular day I wouldn't pay over $150 per night for this hotel.
The staff of the front desk was very professional and attentive to your needs and requests. Housekeeping is excellent, I say that because they cleaned our room instantaneously and it was spotless.

United StatesI didn't like that the pool was ice cold and there wasn't a hot tub. I also didn't really like that you could hear the guys conversation from the next room over, pretty much word for word, a lot of f words being thrown around. Luckily after he settled down we didn't really hear much from him the rest of our stay.
We knew going in that we were not staying at the Marriott or Hilton and as such we got what we expected in terms of comfort, amenities, etc. We thought there would be a heated pool and hot tub, neither was true, bathroom/shower was not the best, but again, we were not expecting fabulous, just a place to sleep and shower and then we were off to our son's sports tournament. The rooms, while old and outdated, were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. When we arrived there was quite a long line and they seemed pleasant and helpful to each guest checking in.
