Location everything is walking distance, staff is good. We booked it last minute and able to get a room.

There was no tea/coffee maker in the room, although we were told this service is included. there is no option for meals (breakfast, lunch, etc) in the hotel

I did have an issue with getting plasticware. This was a 3 hours worth of time where I called the front desk asking if they had it and they told me they were coming to my room to bring it and they never did. I called them about 3 times and the last time I went to the front desk and they told me they didn't have plasticware. It was just unnecessary wait and waste of time.

The hotel is relatively new and I was informed it opened 10 days before I got there so I was giving grace as the hotel is still getting itself together. Overall its beautiful and comforting.

Elevators barely worked and were so slow that there would be 20 people waiting at a time. Overbooks rooms, so you might not get what you paid for. Check-in line took over an hour—very slow workers.

It was always so busy in the lobby/bar area during any time of day, the hotel room didn't really block out sound from the city or within other hotel rooms. It gets REALLY noisy during the day.

The room was huge, overlooking Time Square, location was really close to most destinations in the city, and the entire hotel was very clean. The housekeeping staff were very friendly during my visit.

The friendliness of the staff was mixed. You had to wait in long lines to check in and again after check-out to hand in the luggage. There was not enough space for the long lines. (The adjacent escalator had to be turned off several times so people would not collide.) Seemed the hotel was understaffed and therefore the staff was probably stressed. During these peak times, the hotel should allocate more staff. The cleaning staff were very friendly. The facilities themselves were worn and really need an update. In the rooms, the bathtub finish was peeling off, the toilet was wobbly, and one of the furniture doors wasn’t properly attached to the hinges. In other 4 star hotels, there are usually not shower curtains, but glass shower partitions. The stay was very expensive.

Location was fantastic. The view was amazing from the 42nd floor.

I didn’t like our water for bath was cold the whole time we stayed. Imagine showering in cold water. My husband and I could adjust the room temperature. In the middle of the night it would get very hot in the room

Room was very dated. Bathroom had wear and tear. there was space in the room for a small sofa, chaise, or sitting chair, but no extra seating was available in the room.

Being located right in Time's Square was great! Easy walking distance to places like Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, and theaters!

I only had hot water the first night I arrived. For the remainder of the stay it was lukewarm, which is not what you want when you are staying in December and the temperature got to -6 to -10. Had it been a hot destination this would have mattered less.

Perfect location in Times Square as everything was walking distance. The views from my room were amazing and the room although slightly dated was very spacious and clean.

The shower drain was clogged The thermostat in the room was not working properly, it was so warm in the room even with the temperature turned down. We ended up turning the thermostat off to cool the room a bit. Bellman at luggage pick up wasn’t always there and when he was, he escorted us to the back room to pick up our own luggage

Dirty linen, I took photos and videos. No help from evening staff, so I have to sleep in dirty linen till the next day until I showed photos and videos to the manager, and we got just $40 service charges off. That was their last day to shut down the hotel, so it was a mess all around. The breakfast room was permanently closed. No good security and unwanted people were running up and down all night. I booked a room with extra price claiming landmark view Hudson River, but there were no view, and they just said that it's wrong information on booking.com. all I could see was a dirty rooftop of hotel lobby from my window. I'm very disappointed. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was travelling from Pakistan and really liked the location so I could enjoy The Great Gatsby at Broadway and the Times Square. Super good location.

When I booked I asked and was told they would be able to store our bags after we checked out. I was assured they would, however, when the time came, they refused to hold them. We asked for more bath towels (4 guests, but only 3 towels) we were told there were not anymore available. I received a $40 additional charge, but when I asked for an itemized receipt to see what the charge was for, they have not provided.

Room overall was nice. Clean, comfortable. Location, location, location.
