Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesI got locked in the parking garage twice. I paid for parking with my room. The staff was very nice and corrected the problem, but it’s a little annoying when you’re trying to drive home and the tank doesn’t work.
The location was perfect, the room was clean, the staff was all very, very nice, the food in the restaurant was good. It was a very nice hotel.

I called to let the hotel know that our soap dispenser was broken in the shower and they said they would bring a new one but never did. Additional cleaning fee made cost even more expensive than expected.

Never told we had to activate Parking tag. Front desk finally "activated" tag remotely. Asked if we wanted print or email receipt. Requested email. Email receipt was never sent and caused above issue with leaving Parking garage with no proof of reservation.

New ZealandTook us a while to sort out parking issue until we received help from the parking lady, who was nice enough to take us to the hotel front desk. Initially we were told by the hotel front desk it was our problem not able to use the app. Apparently there were other people who had the same issue before. I would suggest more training to the front desk staff.
It’s very central. Close to all landmark and interesting places in Baltimore. Nice restaurants close by. Our room was nice and comfy. Took us a bit of time to wait to check in and waiting for front desk service because of the cheer leaders competition and baseball game. Took us a while to sort out the parking issue as we had problems with the app. Otherwise we have a good stay.

United StatesThe free breakfast was difficult to get you had to sit down at a restaurant. We did not have time for that so we were unable to utilize it. The other thing was we had asked for a rollaway, and it took hours to get it. I called the front desk a few times and no one answered the phone staff are very friendly very nice but that was a little difficult as I was trying to call to again get the rollaway so that we could go to bed. Facility was beautiful again the staff were very friendly nice people, but it was just difficult to get someone and take a difficult to get what you needed

United StatesThe staff were very nice. The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. It connected to the convention center which was very convenient. The only thing that we didn’t like was how loud the traffic was outside the hotel. Our room was facing the harbor and you could hear everything, all night long. It wasn’t the hotels fault, but there were so many really loud bikes that went by constantly and made sleeping difficult.
